Primary Responsibilities

Focus on growing and maintaining existing business-to-business accounts by directly selling insurance products and services to public school districts. Consult with current customers to provide value and meet financial needs. Build strong relationships with customers and association executives. Develop customized needs-based employee benefits packages through annual benefit enrollments, group presentations, and new account development opportunities.



Defined Territory – Each Account Representative is assigned a territory to manage and develop new accounts. Overnight Travel is Required. Must reside in the specific territory.


Extended Training Program—Account Representatives participate in a structured, comprehensive training program that includes on-the-job training within their territory, product & sales schools, and online training.

  • Communicates to the Director of Purchasing any unexpected increases or decreases in demand for products.
  • Fills requests for catalogs, information, or samples as needed.
  • Liaises with Expediter to ensure return authorizations on time based on local stocking or manufacturer’s return policy and transmits to customer.
  • Remains current on consumer preferences by attending sales meetings and vendor training and reading trade journals.
  • Maintains databases of customer and vendor contacts, updating as necessary.
  • Other duties are assigned as needed.


Qualifications

  • Has the ability to establish and maintain an effective working relationship with co-workers, customers, vendors, and the general public.
  • Ability to establish priorities, work independently, multitask, and proceed with objectives without supervision.
  • Knowledge of utility electrical and telecommunications systems and components is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent.
  • Has the ability to interpret various instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

INSIDE SALES - WHAT IS IT?
You will be responsible for managing and growing a territory through outbound calling, B2B prospecting, as well as calling on current accounts to build relationships, maintain inventory and grow sales. POSITION SUMMARY:
The Inside Sales Strategic Account Manager is responsible for managing daily service and sales activities for assigned accounts. This includes reactivating inactive customers, developing strategic relationships, and driving revenue through outbound and inbound selling efforts. The role requires a strong focus on customer experience, account growth, and cross-functional collaboration.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Remote Sales Representative, Urology will work closely with the Remote Sales and Urology Management Teams to meet goals and objectives by covering all sales functions in an assigned territory: forecasts, solicits, secures, and enters sales orders from potential and existing customers. Principal Responsibilities

Develop and maintain an in-depth profile of each account to include customer preferences, competitive products and field intelligence, market activity, important contact/decision makers, customer feedback, and attendees in-serviced. Leverage existing customer relationships and create additional opportunities by building, developing, and maintaining new customer relationships. Generate sales in a territory by designing selling strategies based on territory/segment characteristics.
