This position is responsible for developing credit risk management and business intelligence analytic solutions through consulting engagements and research serving TransUnion's clients. This position requires an understanding of US consumer lending and credit risk management practices.

• You will partner with internal and external cross-functional teams to drive new business initiatives and deliver long-term value-added product propositions for customers in the US financial services segment at TransUnion. This includes but is not limited to the development of predictive risk management and business intelligence solutions for Fintechs, credit card issuers, collections agencies, and retail banks.
• You will lead analytic client engagements involving descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive analysis through the consumer lending portfolio lifecycle, leveraging a variety of techniques (e.g., segmentation, logistic regression, gradient boosted trees, survival analysis, principal component analysis, scenario and sensitivity analysis).
• You will design and write programs for data extraction, segmentation and statistical analysis on large population datasets using languages such as R, Python, and SQL.
• You will deliver analytic insights and recommendations in succinct and compelling presentations for internal and external customers and an executive audience.
• You will develop project proposals, sales presentations, and promotional collateral to enable the adoption of integrated customer solutions supported by TransUnion.
• You will identify strategies and opportunities for customers to test and adopt TransUnion's analytic products and services.
• You will provide mentorship and training to junior colleagues and maintain progress on all initiatives under limited direct supervision.
• You will foster a high performance culture and cultivate an environment that promotes excellence and reflects the TransUnion brand.

The U.S. base salary range for this position is $67,500.00 - $112,500 annually. The salary range for this position reflects a reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this job. At TransUnion, actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but not limited to) an individual's education, training, work experience, job-related skill set, location, and industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position and market considerations. The primary responsibility of this outreach role is the recruitment of undergraduate freshman students to Saint Xavier University.

The Freshman Admission Counselor will meet with students in person, conduct on-campus admission presentations to groups of students/parents, and communicate with students and parents via phone, email, and mail to encourage enrollment. This professional will manage an assigned recruitment territory which will include travel to off-campus recruitment events as well as the evaluation of application files for admission decisions. Admission counselors use relational database software to manage recruitment activities and communications. A successful candidate will be expected to provide high quality student service in a fast-paced work environment, meet performance benchmarks, and build quality relationships with all constituencies within the Saint Xavier community, including faculty, staff, and campus partners, as well as high school counselors and administrators.

Bachelor's degree, high level of energy and drive, and an entrepreneurial spirit are required. Attention to detail, ability to work in fast-paced environment and competitive industry are necessary. College admission experience, sales experience, strong business acumen, and experience working in a goal-oriented environment are strongly preferred. Excellent oral/written communication skills and group presentation skills required. Excellent technical/computer skills required - including Microsoft Word, Excel, database systems, etc. A mindset for marketing and promotion is very valuable. Ability to travel locally and potentially out of state - access to automobile and valid driver's license is required. Evening and weekend work required - especially during peak recruitment periods. Commitment to teamwork is essential. Experience working with a diverse population of constituents is a definite plus! RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify, contact, and develop relationships with talent using various recruiting tools and methods (job boards, social media, company database, job fairs, networking events, etc.)
• Conduct recruiting activities as required to support delivery efforts and generate placements (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting offers)
• Screen qualified applicants against the job description through initial phone screening followed by face-to-face interviewing
• Present qualified and screened candidates to the hiring managers with summary of job-related qualifications
• Partnering with Divisional Leadership to execute full lifecycle recruitment
• Consistently meet or exceed Key Performance Indicator (KPI) expectations

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong communication skills; consistent follow up with clients and candidates
• Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities
• Ability to nurture long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with clients and candidates alike
• Proven ability to grasp technical/technology concepts as it pertains to functional job requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Experience in customer facing career is highly desired

Pay Range: $16.50 - $18.50

Position Purpose: Associates in Store Support positions are responsible for a variety of non-sales functions. This may include ensuring an outstanding customer order fulfillment experience, assisting customers in the lot or providing administrative services. Direct customer or vendor interaction is sometimes required for these positions. Whether directing customers to store departments or merchandise, answering customer questions on product order status, handling cash management or program compliance, these positions play a critical role in ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. Individuals in these positions must work cooperatively with other Associates, vendors, carriers, and productively with little/some supervision, be detail-oriented, and have proven time management skills. They must demonstrate a high level of integrity at all times, respond to operational concerns of all associates and remain focused on store specific business objectives while supporting key operational responsibilities. Specific positions may include: Office Associate, Order Fulfillment Associate, Lot Associate, and Customer Service Representative.
