Compensation (Commission)
- Top performers: $4,000+/week
- New reps: $500 – $3,000/week
- No cap on earnings
What You’ll Be Doing
- Door-to-door sales in targeted, high-opportunity areas
- Educating homeowners on exterior cleaning services
- Closing deals and generating daily revenue
- Managing your territory and pipeline
What We’re Looking For
- Self-starter, motivated, and coachable individuals
- Previous sales or door-to-door experience preferred
- Strong communication skills and confidence
- Competitive mindset with a desire to win
Location
- San Rafael / Kentfield, CA
- In-person interviews (Mon–Fri, 9 AM – 5 PM)
