Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Customer Engagement: Actively engage with diverse range of customer, identifying their needs, providing personalized eyewear recommendations, and delivering excellent customer service to meet personal sales and productivity goals
Operational Excellence: Complete daily operational tasks efficiently, including maintaining the sales floor, processing stock, replenishing merchandise, and ensuring store cleanliness and organization. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Boost Sales: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets. The key performance indicator for the Store Manager is sales performance, evaluated through sales data and various metrics such as Units Per Transaction (UPT) and conversion rate.
2. Sales Analysis: Conduct regular analysis of sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improving store performance.
3. Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service by training and supervising staff to meet and exceed customer expectations, including uncovering customers’ need and provide prompt and friendly service ensuring that customers leave the store satisfied
4. Maintain the Perfect Condition of the Store: Not only maintaining a clean workplace environment and managing inventory but overseeing the store maintenance and merchandising to ensure an organized and visually appealing shopping environment in accordance with the brand principles.

KEY WORKING RELATIONSHIPS
The Store Manager at Gentle Monster is required to maintain strong working relationships primarily with the Head Quarter Global Store Operations Team in South Korea, as well as with the U.S. Corporate Leadership and other Store Managers in the U.S.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
· Minimum 4 years of supervisory experience (2 or more in a store manager role) in a retail environment or related area
· High School graduate or equivalent; college degree preferred
· Ability to adapt and multi-task, and have a collaborative attitude in a fast-changing, retail environment
· Ability to motivate staffs through strong leadership and interpersonal skills
· Strong communication skills, both written and verbal (company’s primary communication channel is Slack and E-mail)
· Basic computer skills and software proficiency (MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook preferred)
· Open availability and flexibility to work nights, weekends, shop openings and closings according to the needs of the business
REQUIREMENTS:
· This position is based in a retail store environment. Requires standing and walking up to 8 hours per shift.

· Store Manager will rotate days off with the associate/assistant manager to ensure that there is always one manager level present especially on important dates such as weekends, holidays, and during collection launches.

The Retirement Plan Advisor assists individuals in achieving a successful retirement and planning their financial future through group and individual presentations to new and existing defined contribution 401(k)/(a), 403(b), and/or Government 457 plan participants across all plan sizes. This role uses data-driven, analytical thinking to lead impactful conversations with participants, meets client service level agreements and achieves annual targets as assigned. This position will also assist the Relationship Management team in effectively establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders within the territory assigned.
This Advisor will work with plan participants on the West Coast and bilingual Spanish skills are required.
Occasional travel is required between Colorado and California.
What you will do
Conduct Retirement Readiness Reviews, as well as other individual meetings and group presentations, with targeted participants using consultative expertise to improve retirement outcomes
Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders for each location within assigned territory or for assigned employer-sponsored plans
Conduct one-on-one virtual and on-site group meeting by using various technologies in a professional manner
Manage meeting schedule, including travel booking
Create and execute dynamic business plans and tactics to drive positive retirement income objectives for participants
Document interactions in Salesforce and collect required information to adhere to guidelines for regulatory compliance
Achieve plan level and individual goals to help achieve service level agreements and business results

Base Salary Range
$79,400.00 - $112,175.00The salary range above shows the typical minimum to maximum base salary range for this position in the location listed. What You'll Be Doing:
- Conduct advanced First Article Inspections (FAIs) using micrometers, calipers, ring/thread gauges, optical comparators, and more
- Analyze engineering drawings, blueprints, and customer specs using GD&T
- Investigate and resolve supplier and customer non-conformances
- Work through quality portals to manage customer claims and rejections
- Log NCRs and inspection results into SAP and Excel like a pro
- Lead or support internal/external audits, including supplier corrective actions
- Collaborate across departmentsProduction, Sales, Customer Service, and Quality
- Mentor junior inspectors and help elevate team standards
Requirements:
What Will You Bring as the Ideal Candidate?
- Experience: 35+ years of hands-on inspection experience in aerospace, medical devices, or other high-precision manufacturing environments utilizing all levels of FAI techniques.
- Computer Skills: Confident navigating inspection software, SAP/ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel
- Tool Guru: Expertise with tools like micrometers, calipers, ring/thread gauges, CMM, and optical comparators
- Quality Expert: Deep familiarity with AS9100, AS9102, ISO 9001, FAI's and customer quality requirements
