Position Summary:
Responsible for providing the overall strategic property management direction for assets in the Oregon region (“Properties”) in accordance with CenterCal Properties’ policies and standards. What You’ll Do
- Prospect and generate new business through cold calling, networking, and in-person outreach
- Conduct executive-level meetings and presentations
- Build business cases demonstrating operational and financial ROI
- Manage accounts with 100–10,000 employees
- Own the entire sales cycle from first touch to close
This is a 100% net-new business role. Post-training, the schedule is 50% in-office and 50% in the field.
REQUIRED Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1–5 years of professional sales experience (post-college)
- Willingness to cold call and prospect daily
- Comfortable conducting in-person meetings with executives
- Proven track record of achievement (academics, athletics, leadership, promotions, awards)
- Average job tenure of ~13+ months per role
- No employment with direct competitors in the same product category
- Ability to pass background screening and provide 3 professional references (at least one former leader)
