As a Fulfillment Expert, no two days are ever the same, but a typical day will most likely include:
- Be knowledgeable about the tools, products, and services available in the total store, and specific to your area, to solve issues for the guest and improve their experience.
- Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you are completing your daily tasks.
- When guests need assistance, engage with guests in a welcoming way, to help solve their specific needs.
- Thank guests and let them know we're happy they chose to shop at Target.
- Select items for order pickup, drive up and ship to home for digital guest orders.
- Accurately put on hold all order pickup and drive-up orders.
- Properly prepare, pack and sort guest orders for shipment using correct materials.
- Deliver quality and accuracy with each order while meeting timeliness goals.
- Maintain your workspace and supplies; keep equipment and designated areas organized and supplies in stock.
- Properly use equipment while following safety best practices.
- Follow all safety guidelines, operating procedures, product freshness and quality standards; follow food safety guidelines when handling, displaying and/or storing food items.
- Always demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance.
- Work in a safe manner at all times; comply with all safety policies, best practices, and training; report hazards and correct where possible.
- Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pick up (OPU) and Drive up (DU) and maintain a compliance culture while executing those duties, such as compliance with federal, state, and local adult beverage laws.

Job Summary
American National Bank is looking for a new Community Banker to service the needs of existing and prospective clients by performing duties related to opening new accounts and processing loan requests. We are seeking an individual who provides top customer service, communicates well with others, and possesses previous sales experience and existing knowledge of consumer loans.
Schedule: Full-time 40 hours scheduled between Monday- Friday 7:15am-6:15pm and rotating Saturdays 8:15am-12:15pm
Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Opens a variety of new accounts for clients including checking, savings, IRA, CD, etc.
- Processes consumer loan applications, collects and provides documents to loan processing departments, and owns the signing of loan paperwork with the consumer.
- Provides information and answers questions regarding deposit and loan rates, fees, and bank policies.
- Serves on the Teller line as needed.
- Generates growth in deposit and loan balances through sales, marketing, promotion and referral of products.

All the leads that you will have are from people who are expecting your phone call to hear what their options are.
Simply put, we need a Field Underwriter who will contact the leads and place these families in a policy that best suits their situation and budget.
