This role supports the planning, development, and release of consumer-focused products within assigned categories. The Product Manager partners with cross-functional stakeholders to translate customer needs into clear product requirements, coordinate execution across teams, and help drive successful launches and ongoing product performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to category plans by helping define product direction, timelines, and release milestones.

A day in the life, what you’ll be doing:
- Lead denim product development from concept through commercialization, aligned to seasonal calendars and brand vision. Create detailed hand sketches and digital CADs in Adobe Illustrator, clearly communicating silhouette, proportion, wash, and construction intent. Maintain uncompromising attention to detail to ensure execution preserves design integrity from initial concept through bulk production. - Drive seasonal denim direction by developing innovative fits, washes, fabrics, and finishes that balance creative vision with commercial viability. Partner closely with mills and vendors to source and develop new denim fabrics, including sustainable and innovative constructions. Identify and implement trim, hardware, and wash techniques that elevate product differentiation while adhering to cost and margin targets. Oversee lab dips, wash developments, strike-offs, and sample approvals to ensure alignment with aesthetic and quality standards.
- Maintain deep awareness of global denim trends, competitive landscape, and cultural influences impacting youth and contemporary markets. Conduct ongoing market research, store visits, and international sourcing to inform product strategy. Continuously evolve core denim programs while introducing new fits, fabrications, and design details that strengthen brand positioning and relevance
- Develop comprehensive and accurate tech packs that clearly communicate garment construction, wash techniques, fit intent, and trim details. Partner closely with Technical Design throughout fittings to refine silhouette, proportion, and overall aesthetic, ensuring consistency with brand standards. What it takes to Join:

Role Summary/Purpose
The Production Supervisor at PCX Aerosystems Santa Ana, CA will lead daily operations in one of several departments at the plant to ensure reliability and consistency on the production line. Assignments may include time in the machine shop, assembly, test, overhaul and fuel tank departments. This role will lead a team of hourly production employees to meet orProexceed production, safety, quality goals and delivery goals while maintaining positive employee relations.

- Oversight and management of front-line hourly manufacturing employees

Description
The Sr Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for the technical development, oversight and improvement of manufacturing processes within the area of responsibility. This individual will lead process optimization, technical problem-solving, and cross-functional manufacturing initiatives. This role is accountable for achieving senior-level competence Plans and presents engineering program and product design reviews for compliance with engineering principles, company standards, customer contract requirements, and related specifications. Develops and requests design and specification change releases. Assesses and communicates impact of engineering initiatives to functional groups. Essential Responsibilities
- Develop, release, and maintain detailed technical work instructions for the manufacture and repair of aerospace metallic structures and assemblies, ensuring full compliance with customer(s) engineering definition and regulatory requirements.
- Partner with CNC Programming group to develop and implement manufacturing plan for complex metallic machined components/assemblies.
- Provide advanced technical support to Quality and Operations teams to achieve site-level Safety, Cost, Quality, and Delivery (SCQD) objectives; act as a primary escalation point for complex manufacturing issues.
- Partner with Purchasing and Sales during the quoting process to define manufacturing approach, assess technical risk, establish labor standards, and ensure cost competitiveness.
- Establish and validate operational standard hours using time studies and process analysis; drive accuracy in routing and capacity planning assumptions.
- Review engineering drawings, specifications, and model-based definitions to ensure manufacturability; translate design requirements into controlled shop-floor documentation.
- Train and mentor operators and junior engineers on manufacturing methods, process controls, and quality standards; elevate overall technical capability of the team.
- Lead productivity and cost-reduction initiatives through Lean principles, waste elimination, and process optimization; quantify and report measurable performance improvements.
- Develop, validate, and industrialize manufacturing processes for new product introduction (NPI), ensuring processes meet defined capability, repeatability, and quality targets prior to production release.
- Evaluate nonconforming components and determine repair feasibility; develop and validate repair schemes in coordination with Engineering and Quality functions

Position Requirements

Desired Characteristics
- Demonstrated experience creating, structuring, and maintaining complex multi-level Bills of Material (BOMs) for aerospace assemblies, ensuring configuration control and production readiness.
- Proven experience in the developing and implementing machining strategies of large-scale metallic aerospace structures, including fixturing for both Milling and Turning.
- Hands-on experience machining large metallic aerospace components, including process planning, tooling strategy, and dimensional validation.
- Strong proficiency in engineering drawing interpretation, including advanced Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) application and tolerance analysis.
- Working knowledge of CAD systems such as CATIA, SolidWorks, NX; ability to interrogate models to support manufacturability and tooling design decisions.
- Experience designing and validating manufacturing tooling for, including production fixtures, machining/holding fixtures and assembly aids.
- Demonstrated change management capability, including leading engineering change implementation across cross-functional teams; ability to manage risk, stakeholder alignment, and execution discipline.
- Strategic thinker capable of translating high-level engineering change initiatives into structured, tactical execution plans; analytical, data-driven, and results-oriented.
- Strong background in continuous improvement methodologies including Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and ACE; proven record of measurable operational improvements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence across organizational levels; demonstrated ability to build engagement and sustain a culture of operational excellence
- Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) required.

Pay Range InformationThe pay range for this position is listed below. Local minimum wage laws apply. This information is posted pursuant to local requirements to provide applicants with information about what they might be eligible to receive. Individual pay decisions will depend on job-related factors such as experience, education, skill, performance, and geographic location where work will be performed. Successful candidates may be able to participate in one or more incentive compensation or short-term incentive plans, which could generate additional earnings in accordance with the terms of each plan. Senior Associate Attorney
Reports to: General Counsel
Essential Functions
- Support and coordinate real estate closings, including review of closing documentation, settlement statements, payoff calculations, title matters, and post-closing issue resolution.
- Work closely with the Legal Department, Compliance, Capital Markets, Servicing, and Asset Management teams to ensure special asset strategies align with Archwest’s legal, regulatory, and investor requirements.
- Ensure internal and external compliance across all special asset activities, including adherence to federal and state regulatory requirements (licensing, foreclosure laws, bankruptcy rules, AML, privacy, and ECOA considerations).
- Assist with regulatory examinations, audits, and investor reviews by maintaining audit-ready documentation and responding to inquiries related to special assets and distressed loans.
- Support capital markets initiatives by providing data, analysis, and documentation related to special asset performance, warehouse lending facilities, securitizations, and financing structures.
- Establish and maintain operational reporting to identify performance trends, service-level gaps, risk exposure, and root-cause servicing issues.
- Implement controls, risk-mitigation procedures, and process improvements to reduce legal, operational, and compliance risk.
- Partner with senior management to support long-term planning, strategy development, and execution based on market conditions, regulatory changes, and portfolio performance.
- Oversee policy and procedure development and enhancements related to special assets, loan servicing, workouts, and enforcement actions.
- Manage special assets to achieve the highest and best outcome, including loan resolution, refinance, reinstatement, forbearance, foreclosure, bankruptcy, loss mitigation, liquidation, note sales, and structured workouts.
- Oversee complex real estate–related transactions, including distressed loan workouts, deed-in-lieu transactions, REO strategies, loan modifications, restructurings, and asset dispositions.
- Respond to internal, client, investor, and borrower escalations related to distressed assets and complex transactions.
- Appropriately assess legal, regulatory, and operational risk when making business decisions.
Competencies/Skills
- Strong working knowledge of real estate transactions, loan workouts, and distressed asset resolution.
- Demonstrated understanding of regulatory compliance frameworks affecting mortgage lending and servicing.
- Moderate experience across default servicing and special asset functions, including collections, loss mitigation, foreclosure, bankruptcy, REO, claims, and default compliance.
- Experience supporting or working with warehouse lending facilities and collateral enforcement is a strong plus.
- Strong analytical and financial analysis skills with the ability to evaluate risk and structure solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with attorneys, regulators, investors, borrowers, and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.
- Strong attention to detail with an organized, process-driven mindset.
- Collaborative team player with the ability to work cross-functionally while exercising sound judgment and discretion.
Education and Experience
- Juris Doctor (JD) required.
- Active California Bar license required.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required.
- 3+ years of experience in special assets, mortgage operations, loan asset management, real estate transactions, legal operations, or related financial services.
- Highly preferred experience includes:
- Real estate closings and loan workouts
- Distressed debt and enforcement actions
- Warehouse lending facilities
- Regulatory compliance, audits, or examinations
- Experience working closely with legal, compliance, capital markets, and servicing teams strongly preferred.
