The Associate Account Executive - Sales (AAE-S) is responsible for making scheduled marketing sales calls to new and existing clients within their assigned territory. This role maintains account histories and completes marketing assignments. The AAE-S enters client data and updates the database with job postings. The AAE-S maintains relationships with clients within their respective territory to solicit feedback, provide support, solve issues, and gain additional business/job orders.
Sales - 80%
- Sources, generates, and prospects sales leads by making telephone calls to clients by contacting clients via telephone calls, e-mails, text messages and third-party site messaging
- Contacts client facility leaders including but not limited to c-suite executives, medical directors and department heads to qualify them, sell our services, and inquire about needs for locum tenens coverage
- Reviews external job boards to prospect new business opportunities
- Qualifies the viability of client opportunities
- Updates and verifies pertinent information such as client contact name, job titles, contact information, staffing levels, and personnel needs for specialty departments in the company database information
- Enters open orders for respective clients
- Ensures the integrity and accuracy of information entered in the company database
- Conducts “two bite” check-ins with clients to ensure orders have been filled to their satisfaction
- Manages daily schedule of calls, meetings, and follow ups
- Achieves/exceeds daily and monthly activity goals and metrics as set by their manager; exceeds KPI production metrics measured by all communication activity

Your role at Clorox:
The S&OE (Sales & Operations Execution) Manager supports their Business Unit (BU) by leading the S&OE process across the BU and working cross-functionally to identify variances in actual performance on both demand and supply within the designated execution window. They orchestrate and recommend strategic decisions to re-synchronize demand and supply by clearly identifying the problem statement, recommending proposed solutions, and highlighting relevant tradeoffs in order to execute the plan.
In this role, you will:
S&OE Planning
- Drives weekly S&OE process across 0–2 month time horizon, implementing near-term planning against BU constrained forecast and integrated business plan.
- Tracks execution, identifies demand and supply gaps to S&OP plan, and drives balanced demand / supply resolution, in coordination with impacted functions and stakeholders.
- Assesses and balances tradeoffs to strategically to meet near-term BU goals, which are escalated in weekly BU S&OE Meeting to IBP Lead and GM as warranted.
Execution
- Proactively identifies and escalates risks to forecast consumption, service levels, and inventory to deliver against the demand plan.
- Highlights opportunities to improve delivery of plan (e.g. higher service level, lower cost, etc.) within the execution window by tracking production variances, FDOS, Case Fill, Working Capital.
- Monitors innovation, promotions and item transitions to ensure proper supply and demand plans are in place.
- Triggers and co-leads allocation strategy & demand shaping actions as needed.
Cross-Functional Collaboration

Position Overview:
The Drafter will create, correct, and revise shop drawings based on required changes. This position will use software to convert the designs into technical drawings.
Essential Job Functions:
- Liaise with design engineers to produce fabrication and part drawings from sketches, existing drawings, and electronic images, utilizing SolidWorks/Solid Edge/AutoCAD
- Liaise with all departments in the plant to ensure that the drawings convey the correct information and are error free
- Liaise with the Engineering team to set up the Bill of Materials (BOM) and create machine routings using proper labor standards and standard company practices
- Provide translation to the Engineering material list/drawings to a proper BOM structure using the ERP software with routing operations and materials
- Design by using customer drawings, company drawings or specifications
- Coordinate with and request information from estimator/sales
- Identify potential operational issues and redesign products to improve functionality
- Support other departments as necessary
- Perform additional assignments in accordance with the Manager’s direction

Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be able to read, interpret, and use standards and customer‐supplied documentation.

What You'll DoDrive growth through strategic sales:
- Execute targeted outbound prospecting campaigns via phone, email, and LinkedIn to build and maintain a robust 34X sales pipeline.
- Convert inbound leads through consultative discovery and value-based selling.
- Collaborate closely with sales engineering, product management, and implementation teams to ensure client success. This role is based out of our Alpharetta/Vegas offices and requires onsite presence.
Build lasting relationships:
- Engage with key stakeholders across hotels and restaurants to understand their strategic objectives.
- Provide competitive intelligence and actionable customer feedback to influence product development.
- Partner with marketing to refine messaging, improve campaigns, and generate qualified opportunities.
Essential experience:
- Minimum 3 years of software sales experience with a proven record of consistently exceeding quota, ideally within the hospitality sector.
- Proven expertise in outbound prospecting and closing net-new business.
- Skilled in consultative, value-based selling approaches.
- Technical proficiency to confidently deliver product demonstrations.
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills.
Bonus qualifications:
- Experience in the hospitality industry (restaurants, hotels, or resorts).
- Proficiency with Salesforce CRM.
- Familiarity with ConnectAndSell or similar outbound sales acceleration tools.
