What You'll Be Doing

- Helping out in the shop or with facilities when needed
- Making sure deliveries are completed safely, on time, and professionally
What We're Looking For

Position Summary:
American Equipment, a leader in in-house crane fabrication, parts, service, and material handling is hiring a Crane Service Technician for our Pacific, WA branch. Join our team and be part of a 50+ year legacy to provide unmatched customer service!
Responsibilities:
- Perform on-site preventative maintenance, repairs, and modernizations on electric overhead traveling cranes
- Spend time consulting with customers on repair and safety related issues
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and breakdowns.
- Generate sales leads during service calls
- Accurately and neatly document on the service report for the work performed.
- New crane wiring, assembly, installation, and start-up.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Travel may be required. Work vehicle provided.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Strong knowledge of AC/DC theory, as well as the ability to troubleshoot 480VAC 3 phase motor control systems. A.A. degree or Equivalent vocational-training or experience is preferred.
- A minimum of 2-year hands-on electro-mechanical maintenance
- Aptitude for both electrical and mechanical environments as well as familiarity with mechanical and electrical equipment
- Willingness to work overtime
- Possession of a valid driver’s license with good driving record
- Must pass drug-screen and background check
- Strong communication skills
- Proven commitment to safety
- Comfort with working at heights
- Experience in Variable Frequency drives and PLC programming a plus
- Crane maintenance experience a plus.

What You’ll Be Doing as a Compensation Program Specialist:
Provides day to day administration and support of employee compensation, recognition, and reward programs. Participates in the analysis of total rewards data and information and in the development of new programs and processes.
- Researches, analyzes, implements, and recommends changes to compensation programs and policies for base pay, incentive, recognition, and sales compensation. Monitors market trends and evaluates programs’ external competitiveness.

Solarcore is looking for an experienced Government Product Line Manager (PLM) to support our expansion into United States Government business, including Department of Defense contracts and federal procurement. This person must be well-versed in navigating the complex world of government contracting, compliance, and logistics.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of government sales, defense procurement cycles, and must have a proven track record of securing & supporting government contracts while working within the DoD Procurement Processes.
As our Government PLM, you will need to be passionate about creating new to the world solutions across a wide variety of applications, ensuring that our products align with federal procurement standards, and developing and managing the stage gate process to smoothly move products from the ideation to the final commercialization phase.

Key Responsibilities
· Work with Solarcore's Government Business Development Team, OEMs, and Program Managers to understand requirements for success for all government projects and communicate this to the PD team.
· Understanding of Mil-spec requirements and standardized testing methods such as (ASTM, ISO, Oeko Tex, NFPA).
· Manage product responses to RFPs, RFQs, and government solicitations, ensuring competitive, compliant proposals.
· Develop and maintain relationships with OEMs and Program Managers across multiple channels.
· Manage the full life cycle with OEM partners to ensure continued success.
· Ensure our products are built to compliance standards (Berry Amendment, FAR , DFARS, etc.).
· Assist in developing pricing strategies for contracts of all sizes.
· Assist in 5-year planning and product roadmap for all government needs.
· Assist in creating standalone material and full application validations by designing DOEs.
· Lead internal stage gate process for the government channel.
· Track, understand, and summarize competitor products, markets, and pricing.
· Attend industry events, sales meetings, and supplier visits.
· Assist in preparing for government audits and performance reviews.
Experience and Requirements
· 5+ years of experience in government sales, contracting, or compliance, ideally in DoD, aerospace, defense, or advanced materials.
· 3+ years of project management in government sales, contracting, or compliance, ideally in DoD, aerospace, defense, or advanced materials.
· 5+ Experience working with military or defense agencies & prime contractors.
· Active security clearance or the ability to obtain one is required.

- 2+ years in hotel event management, conference services, or meeting planning
- Experience with Delphi (or similar system)
- PMS experience (OnQ or equivalent)

As a Commercial Account Executive at Panther Labs, you will be helping industry-leading security teams adopt and use our product to secure their organizations. In this role, you will be actively selling to new and existing accounts - prospecting, pitching, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
As a member of the sales team, you will be the first point of contact for new prospects to learn more about Panther's product and will be key to driving new revenue opportunities for the business. By collaborating closely with various internal stakeholders, you will create a strong feedback loop with our product team with feedback driven by customer demand.
The right candidate for this role is a technically-savvy problem-solver who can close deals while also contributing to our evolving sales process. Success for this role will require a strong knowledge of Panther's product, and the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.

The Responsibilities
- Develop and implement outbound strategies to introduce Panther to Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) accounts.
- Convert our inbound demand into new closed business.
- Assist in the creation of sales assets by identifying gaps and suggesting improvements in our evolving sales process.
- Influence the product roadmap on behalf of customers and prospects.
- Ensure commercial success for your customers throughout their lifecycle by managing renewals and upsells.
- Be an outstanding team player and mentor to your colleagues, both within and outside your department.
The Requirements
- 2+ years in a closing and quota-carrying role in the past, while consistently exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets
- Experience in selling B2B technical SaaS products, preferably in the cyber security sector
- Have the technical competency to understand Panther's software and establish strong relationships with highly technical customers.
- The ability to collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a unified approach to customer engagement.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient with a standard tech stack for SaaS sellers, including CRM, Outreach, Prospect Research, etc.

Cash compensation range: $180,000 to $220,000 OTE (50/50 pay split) USD Annually dependent on experience. The cash compensation above includes base salary and on-target commission for employees in eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, all full-time Pantherinos are eligible to participate in our equity plan to receive Incentive Stock Options (ISO). Individual compensation packages are based on a few factors unique to each candidate, including their location, experience, and expertise, and may vary from the above-mentioned range.
