How You'll Contribute:
TheProject Operations Field Implementation Manager, Canada is responsible for onsite guidance and oversight of multiple specific projects. Oversight of 10- 15+ Diversified Technicians subcontractors at any given time, is responsible for enforcing standards and processes that increase the quality, velocity, and efficiency for the team. This position is the onsite point for customer escalation and the face of Diversified during the implementation phase on key projects. This individual will work with PMO team and Engineering, ensuring Project Operations is aligned with the needs of our clients and the business unit needs.

What You'll Do:
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Act as Site Superintendent on high profile projects, acting as a single point of contact for onsite teams (Field Engineers, Technicians, Subcontractors, etc.); passing and filtering information to the Project Manager.
- Assist in addressing performance of onsite resources and associates.
- Training - Termination, mechanical, client interface and other aspects of Diversified installation standards.
- First point of escalation for Field Issues with the client.
- Empowered to defuse and resolve onsite client issues.
- Verification and enforcement for onsite performance and productivity standards, providing feedback for reviews and training plans.
- Provide onsite support for integration issues.
- Assist in development and deployment for Installation processes and standards.

Local travel to job sites (within a 2 hour driving distance each way) will make up 70-90% of the time. Occasional travel by airplane for out-of-town projects may be required

- 3+ years' experience as a senior or lead technician, or experience as a site superintendent with another company.
- Familiarity with a wide range of audio, video and networking equipment.
- High level of experience in construction environments
- Knowledgeable of low voltage electrical concepts.

- Good verbal communication skills and good customer service skills.
- Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve technical problems.
- Preferred candidates hold CTS or CTSI certifications.

A privately held, multi-division HVAC and plumbing services company is seeking a hands-on, results-oriented operational leader to oversee business performance, workforce management, and process improvement. The company provides installation, repair, and maintenance services for both residential and commercial customers. This role leads a 25+ person team—including technicians, field supervisors, customer service, and sales—and supports dozens of active service calls and projects at any given time.
Role Summary
The General Manager will take operational ownership of a fast-growing service organization known for responsiveness, technical expertise, and high-quality workmanship. You will align people, systems, financial goals, and customer service expectations to drive growth, operational efficiency, and long-term profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance with a focus on revenue, margins & net income

This is an exempt position. The base compensation range for this role is $75,000 - $92,000 per year depending on experience. Position Summary
We are looking for a Loan Processor who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial growth environment. This person will manage a pipeline of loan files, ensuring a smooth and timely loan transaction experience for our borrowers through the collection and analysis of documents and data. As a customer facing person, this individual is also responsible for providing our borrowers with exceptional customer service and transparency into the process.
Responsibilities
· Review loan file submissions, organize files, and input loan information into the company’s loan origination system
· Order and verify third party services (e.g., credit, flood, appraisals, environmental reports, zoning reports)
· Collect and verify documentation related to borrower, asset, entity, and construction
· Ensure loan files are in compliance with program guidelines, investor requirements, and federal and state laws/regulations (e.g., disclosures, notifications)
· Inform loan officer, agent, and borrower about discrepancies in title, appraisals, credit, employment, income, and other file related items
· Obtain documentation to clear conditions prior to funding as required by underwriting
· Submit completed file to underwriting department for approval
· Proactively monitor pipeline to set realistic closing dates, ensure timely funding of loans, and meet expected service levels
· Communicate with external parties to the loan including but not limited to borrower, realtor, title, closing agent, and appraisal management company
· Evaluate processes and procedures for efficiency opportunities and implement process improvements
· Maintain thorough knowledge of the loan origination system and proactively identify and implement work flow improvements within the system
· Organize and maintain daily pipeline huddles with sales, construction, and other stakeholders, as needed
· Prepare reports giving executives visibility into the loan pipeline, daily production activity, cycle times, and loan quality
· Manage and train junior processors and other employees, as required
· Maintain and update the Processing Policy and Procedure Manual
· Ad hoc projects, as assigned
Qualifications
· Deep knowledge of mortgage processing concepts, practices and procedures
· Knowledge of federal and state regulatory guidelines
· Pipeline management experience required
· Knowledge of Encompass preferred
· Strong working knowledge of MS office and Sharepoint
· Knowledge of underwriting and/or loan structuring a plus
· Process improvement experience (e.g., six sigma) a plus
· Strong attention to detail
· Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills with an emphasis on customer service, conflict management, teamwork and coaching
· Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, managing time and resources to ensure work is completed efficiently within established timeframes

Key Responsibilities
- Lead SAP MM module implementation in retail environments, focusing on procurement, inventory, and supply chain processes.
- Drive the conceptual work and provide recommendations around overall S/4 HANA P2P (Procure to Pay) and system architecture as well as implementation roadmap to support business requirements
- Design and configure Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, inventory management, vendor evaluation, and invoice verification.
- Responsible for all Procure to Pay (P2P) configuration and integration with other downstream applications, legacy systems, warehouse management system and third party application
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications and coordinate closely with the ABAP team to ensure successful completion of the enhancement.
- Facilitate collaborative architecture discussions within IT, with Business and external SMEs
- Lead and mentor a team of SAP consultants and collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and success.
- Oversee master data management for articles, vendors, and purchasing info records.
- Conduct fit-gap analysis, blueprinting, and solution design for procurement processes.
- Support testing, training, and change management activities during project rollout
- Scope includes working with other SAP and non-SAP systems and support any enhancements and related integrations
- Drive end-to-end Accounts Payable process optimization, including invoice receipt, three-way matching, exception handling, and payment processing.
- Collaborate with finance teams to resolve AP discrepancies, automate workflows, and improve vendor payment cycles.
Experience:
- 10+ years of SAP MM experience, with 3+ years in retail procurement.
- Strong understanding of retail supply chain, store replenishment, and procurement cycles.
- Experience with a focus on Supply Chain / Procure to Pay, WMS and EDI integration, Purchasing in Retail Industry
- Experience with SAP IS-Retail (Article Master, Site Master, Listing, Pricing)
- Experience with cross-functional Integration with Sales & Distribution / Order to Cash, Inventory & Warehouse Management, and Accounts Payable processes strongly preferred
- Experience with Ariba modules (Sourcing, Buying, Contracts, Supplier Management) is a plus

The base hourly range for this role is between $20.00 and $22.00.
