ClearBridge Technology Group is seeking a strategic, growth-oriented Director of Project Management Office (PMO) to lead and scale the PMO within our Client Solutions division. This remote-based leadership role will oversee an established team of 2 PMO Managers and approximately 40+ Project Managers, with planned growth of 50% in 2026.


The Director of PMO will be responsible for the full lifecycle of PMO leadership: governance, methodology, performance management, talent development, operational excellence, and strategic alignment with executive leadership. Key Responsibilities


PMO Strategy & Leadership

Required Qualifications

  • 5–10+ years of dedicated PMO leadership experience
  • Proven experience building and scaling multiple PMOs within a Professional Services or Consulting environment
  • Demonstrated success leading teams of 25+ project managers in a distributed/remote environment
  • Deep expertise in PMO governance, portfolio management, and delivery frameworks
  • Experience managing growth initiatives and organizational transformation
  • Strong financial acumen including revenue forecasting, margin management, and utilization tracking

Salary: $175K-$225K + bonus

Participate in integrated logistics support efforts, provisioning and source coding, maintenance data collection, technical order management, configuration management, evaluation of quality deficiency reports, and/or identification of alternate sources of supply for diminishing manufacturing/materiel sources preferred.

Job Details Job Details: As part of our client's Licensing team, you will support the Licensing group within the Sales Department, while working closely with their Sales Representatives and accounting department to assist and maintain the everyday operations of the local office.

This is an in-office position.

Responsibilities Work with our internal database to enter and categorize data Assist with reviewing and producing various licensing documents Facilitate group recordkeeping Learn and assist order processing Communicate with the Sales team, users of the software, and purchasing departments regarding orders and outstanding requests Back up Licensing & Contracts Associates and other team members Fulfill various other tasks provided by other team members as needed Requirements Bachelor’s degree Strong attention to detail and ability to manage priorities Excellent interpersonal skills Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, sales-oriented environment, both independently and as a member of a team Exceptional organization skills and ability to multitask Current eligibility to work in the U.S.
