Compensation: Assistant Manager pay range: $18.00 - $18.50 per hour with bonus opportunities in addition to base pay if store KPIs are met. Supervisor pay range: $17.00 - $17.50 per hour. All roles are eligible for the company 401K plan. Full time roles will be eligible for medical, dental, vision, sick leave, parental leave, and company-paid time off.

- Ability to work a flexible schedule, which may include mornings, evenings, and weekends, and the day of/day after Thanksgiving and Christmas, based upon store and business needs
- Open and close cash registers, use magnetic card readers, perform tasks such as counting money, separating charge slips, coupons, and vouchers, balancing cash drawers, and making deposits
- Watch for and recognize security risks and thefts, and know how to prevent or handle these situations
- Follow all Loss Prevention guidelines, including daily bag and purse checks
- Develop and maintain knowledge of Point of Sale (\"POS\") procedures
- Understand and execute all policies regarding payments, exchanges and Loss Prevention practices
- Perform merchandising tasks, such as handling freight, re-merchandising, preparing displays, completing price markdowns, and transfers
- Consistently maintain a clean, organized, and shoppable store to fulfill Buckle's mission statement
- Provide feedback to Store Manager and Leadership Team regarding merchandise handling concerns
- Communicate any policy violations and Teammate or Guest concerns to Store Manager, District Manager, and/or Human Resources in a timely, confidential manner
- Understand and apply the Buckle's Code of Ethics and all Buckle's policies, procedures, and handbooks

Internship Duties
- Complete Teammate Orientation, Beginning Leadership, and Recruiting, Interviewing and Hiring sections of the Buckle Management Manual
- Provide weekly reports and progress updates to the Area Manager and District Manager
- Develop an understanding of Buckle's products, sales presentation and merchandising process
- Put knowledge into action by managing a product category set sales goals, educate teammates and track your own results
- Lead and motivate the team by tracking the specific department or company tool through Performance Tracker. Examples include:

Compensation:
The first two weeks of training are paid at an hourly rate of $16.90 to $16.90 per hour, at the minimum wage rate in the location where you work. After training the hourly rate remains the same and incentive eligibility begins. This position is eligible to earn bi-weekly and monthly incentives, as well as quarterly written sales bonus. Incentive rates range from 0.25% to 30% depending on products sold and written sales volume. The quarterly written sales bonus is based on total written sales volume and is reasonably expected to range from $0 to $3,500.00 based on fiscal quarter store and individual sales performance.

The Learning And Development Representative will assume, but not be limited to, the following responsibilities:
- Conducts new employee onboarding sessions, including use of computers and software applications.
- Assists in designing training manuals and related materials, training classes, and training procedures.
- Assists with the facilitation of training sessions and developmental programs to help credit union personnel become proficient and knowledgeable.
- Tracks the progress of employee training through routine tests, observation, and feedback from leaders.
- Assists with creating relevant surveys that help evaluate the effectiveness of training. Gathers and monitors participants' feedback while evaluating the effectiveness of training format and content.
- Maintain and manage the Learning Management System (LMS).
The successful candidate will possess the following education, knowledge and skillsets:
- Two-year college degree, or completion of a specialized certification preferred.
- One to two years of related experience in an organizational development, training, or teaching environment.
- One to two years of experience in the finance industry, especially in the areas of branch operations, member service, and sales.
- Excellent communications skills with demonstrated ability to correspond with all levels of staff, members, and general public.
- Knowledge of training systems, methods, and resources including Computer Based Training, eLearning, classroom training, self-study, and small/large group training.
