Job Responsibilities:
Lead the development, implementation, and performance of CAE, Simulation, FEA, Stability, and Structural Analysis tools that support validation of new and existing vehicles, systems, and components. Manage a team of engineers, guide technical decision‑making, and contribute directly to engineering solutions when needed. Reports to the Director or Senior Manager of Component Development.
- Product and Technology Champion - Lead development of new products and structural systems, approving technical solutions and driving innovation. Identify emerging technologies and competitive trends; recommend product, process, and tool improvements. Support Current Product Engineering, Service, Sales, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Quality, and Product Safety on issues related to masts, attachments, durability, and stability. Conduct product reviews to ensure competitive, innovative designs move to production.
- Project Planning, Supervision and Technical Review - Ensure engineering work meets product goals, industry standards, and sound engineering practices. Review and approve test results and production releases. Support budgeting, resource planning, and personnel decisions (hiring/termination).
- Employee Development - Perform duties such as creating/revising job descriptions, conducting Talent Development discussion sessions, rating performance, establishing/tracking goals and assisting in the completion of annual wage reviews. Responsible for coaching, motivating, mentoring, and developing direct reports to successfully take on additional responsibilities.
- Leadership and Communication - Ensure teams meet product, cost, and schedule targets. Collaborate with department leaders to resolve design direction, priorities, and resource needs. Communicate project and departmental updates to management via written and oral presentations. Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related
- 16 years of product development experience, including mechanical design experience, project management, and supervision
- Skilled in finite element analysis (FEA), computer aided design (CAD), 3-D modeling, and simulation software; preferably Nastran, FEMAP, Simcenter, and NX CAD
- Good written, verbal, analytical, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel occasionally with overnight stays (0-5%)
- Valid driver license and reliable transportation to travel locally between company locations during scheduled workday
- Ability to learn operation of lift trucks
- Per 8-hour shift. Sit 8 hours and stand 0 hours. Both typical and non-typical office environment (low to moderate noise level, low exposure to hot/cold temperatures, dust, fumes, and vibrations). Regular interaction with others and performs a degree of independent work. Physical and mental demands are akin to the majority of office positions with prolonged periods of sitting and prolonged use of a computer/keyboard. Infrequent lifting, walking, and climbing stairs. Occasional use of office equipment (copiers, printers, etc.).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of the product series in lift truck design, industrial design and ergonomics

Planner & Financials Analyst
Responsibilities
Forecasting, Planning, Scheduling, and Delivery
Work in collaboration with AET, Sales and Project Management teams globally to forecast sales and kit production. Communicate with Manufacturing, Distribution and Engineering to ensure the Company has adequate capacity and compliance for each type of AET hardware product. Translate sales demand and establish production schedules to meet customer lead time expectations. Manage and develop the necessary processes to track financial transactions in relation to project schedules. Analyze weekly release schedules to maximize available production while maintaining appropriate levels of inventory and lead times. Track orders through the entire life cyle.
Bill Records, Financials & Reporting
Manage and develop the necessary processes to track financial transactions in relation to project schedules. Analyze exceptions and change reports to modify production plans. Identify potential issues within production and distribution channels and provide corrective actions to mitigate impact to end customers. Work with Project Management to maintain accuracy of daily kit release reports and lead time communications to Global Sales teams. Ensure billing records are accurate.
Financial and Business Process Analysis
Define, implement and maintain departmental budget and reporting practices. Implement a process to connect department expenses across multiple ERP systems Incorporate project budgets and financials into monthly BI reports . Identify opportunities and manage project(s) to implement business system(s) to move financials to a systematic process. Implement, and administer Workfront reports, dashboards and processes. Analyze financial data to identify trends and recommend mitigations steps to leadership.
Order Inquiries, Invoicing & Sales Configurator
Ensure Company invoicing practices are adhered to Work with Sales, Customer Support and Engineering on sales configurator updates and modifications . Organize and review invoices. Work with each unique customer business system to ensure invoicing is uploaded properly and payment is successful. Collaborate with Credit and Collections department on outstanding invoices. Assist with modifying the invoice when necessary for it to be paid by the customer.
Minimum Qualifications
5-7 years related expereince
Bachelor's degree (Business, Accounting, or Supply Chain Management)

Crown is seeking a Customer Portal Manager to lead the continued evolution of its My Crown customer portal, combining strategic ownership with hands-on leadership. This role requires a self-directed leader with expertise in the areas of customer experience, UX, and web technologies, who can create alignment across cross-functional teams. The Customer Portal Manager will focus on implementing the portal roadmap to deliver exceptional digital experiences that enhance customer engagement and create business value.
Primary Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the My Crown customer portal, including roadmap development, strategic alignment, governance, and ongoing optimization.
- Define and deliver portal functionality that supports customer engagement, self-service, and revenue-generating opportunities.
- Ensure portal processes and operational alignment meet customer needs and deliver measurable business value.
- Lead the development of personalized, intuitive user experiences, informed by customer preference and UX best practices.
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, IT, business stakeholders, and external vendors to define requirements and deliver customer-facing solutions through the portal.
- Oversee day-to-day portal performance to ensure reliability, usability, and alignment with customer and business expectations.
- Leverage voice-of-the-customer insights, analytics, and business data to continuously improve the customer experience.
- Lead planning and working sessions to identify, prioritize, and execute portal and experience improvement initiatives.
- Research and evaluate emerging trends, best practices, and technologies to evolve portal capabilities and inform future roadmap decisions.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree Marketing, Communications, Digital UX Design, along with at least 5 years of experience.
- Non-degree considered if 12+ years of related experience along with a high school diploma or GED
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong understanding of customer portal and digital product experiences, including how content, UX, and technology work together.
- Experience developing and managing self-service and revenue-generating digital experiences, ideally in a B2B or complex customer environment.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives across Marketing, IT, Analytics, vendors, and business stakeholders.
- Experience defining, tracking, and optimizing KPIs using voice-of-customer insights, web analytics, and business data.
- Product ownership experience, including roadmap development, prioritization, and ongoing optimization of a digital platform.
- Experience overseeing day-to-day performance and operational health of a customer portal or similar platform.
- Familiarity with enterprise CMS and digital experience platforms (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager), personalization, and analytics tools.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate business and customer needs into clear functional requirements and execution plans.
This position is fully on-site at our New Bremen, OH location.
