Role Overview
Under general supervision, the Sr. Accountant will collaborate with partners across the organization to:
Provide detailed reports, including profit/loss projections
Present financial reports and insights to internal leaders
Analyze financial data and propose solutions to accounting issues
Investigate and provide feedback on irregularities
Support monthend, quarterend, and yearend closing processes
Ensure SOX compliance and support remediation efforts
Assist internal and external audit processes
Manage fixed asset accounting including acquisition, classification, depreciation, and disposal
Partner with Engineering on capital project accounting (budgets, AUC tracking, requests, capitalization)
Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, roll forwards, and variance analysis

Who You Are

The expected pre-tax pay for this position is
$70,500.00 - $113,275.00Actual pay may differ depending on relevant factors such as prior experience and geographic location.

Position Overview
The Vice President of Business Development is responsible for driving new business growth and strategic partnerships for the agency. This role leads the identification, pursuit, and acquisition of new pharmaceutical, biotech, and healthcare clients while strengthening the agency’s market presence and revenue pipeline. The VP will report to the CEO and collaborate with executive leadership, strategy, and creative teams to develop compelling solutions that address client needs and support long-term agency growth.

How You'll Contribute:
The Market TechOps Leader is responsible for leading technical operations within an assigned market, overseeing project management and installation execution to ensure consistent delivery performance, financial results, and client satisfaction. This role serves as the primary operational counterpart to market Sales leadership, aligning delivery capabilities with pipeline demand and client commitments. Reporting to the Territory TechOps Leader, the Market TechOps Leader provides leadership for Project Managers, TechOps Leaders, and associated delivery teams. This role focuses on execution excellence, resource coordination, team development, and issue resolution while ensuring projects are delivered in accordance with established standards, schedules, and financial targets.
Location: Must living in the Sterling VA area
What You'll Do:
* Provide market-level leadership for technical operations, overseeing Project Managers and TechOps Leaders responsible for project execution and installation delivery.
* Partner closely with market Sales leadership to align delivery capacity, execution strategy, and resourcing with pipeline demand and client expectations.
* Ensure projects are executed on time, within scope, and in alignment with financial and quality targets.
* Monitor project performance across the market, identifying risks, delays, or cost issues and implementing corrective actions as needed.
* Enforce operational standards, processes, and workflows to drive consistency, quality, and efficiency across project teams.
* Coordinate resource utilization across projects, balancing workloads and supporting cross-project or cross-market needs when required.
* Serve as the primary escalation point for market-level delivery issues, including project performance, staffing challenges, and client concerns.
* Collaborate with Engineering, Configuration & Commissioning, and Fabrication leadership to ensure smooth handoff and execution across disciplines.
* Support project launch, execution, and closeout practices to ensure clarity of roles, expectations, and deliverables.
* Lead performance management, coaching, and development for Project Managers and TechOps Leaders within the market.
* Promote a culture of accountability, ownership, teamwork, and continuous improvement within market delivery teams.
What You'll Bring:
Required Skills/Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in systems integration, AV delivery, project management, or related technical operations roles.
- 3+ years of experience leading project managers, field leaders, or delivery teams.
- Strong understanding of project management, installation, and field execution workflows.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and teams.
- Experience driving delivery performance, quality, and financial results at the market level.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills/Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, construction management, or related field.
- Industry certifications such as PMP, CTS, CTS-I, or CTS-D.
- Experience partnering closely with Sales leadership.
- Background in operational improvement or change management initiatives.

The Engineering Leader is responsible for leading the Design Engineering organization across the company and ensuring consistent, high-quality, and profitable project delivery. Reporting to the Vice President of Engineering Operations, this role oversees Engineering Managers and Design Engineering teams, driving accountability, operational efficiency, and technical excellence throughout the project lifecycle.
A core focus of this position is ensuring Design and Project Engineers are positioned to perform their highest-value work-developing client relationships, shaping execution strategies, and ensuring system accuracy and expected functionality. This role partners closely with Engineering Documentation leadership to ensure documentation and support workflows are effectively leveraged, allowing Design Engineering resources to remain focused on technical leadership and client-facing responsibilities.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Own the performance, development, and accountability of Engineering Managers leading Design Engineering teams, setting clear expectations and holding leaders responsible for team results, delivery quality, and professional growth.
- Establish and sustain a culture of ownership and accountability across the engineering organization by defining measurable standards for project delivery, documentation quality, and client satisfaction, and addressing performance gaps directly.
- Drive engineering efficiency and profitability by identifying misaligned workflows, reducing non-value-added engineering effort, and ensuring appropriate use of engineering support and documentation resources.
- Partner with Support Engineering leadership to ensure effective utilization of engineering support teams, removing barriers that prevent smooth handoff and enabling Engineers to focus on high-value technical work.

- Establish, enforce, and audit engineering standards and delivery processes that support consistent, high-quality outcomes, reducing variability and improving first-time quality across projects.
- Serve as the senior escalation point for engineering-related issues impacting project delivery or client satisfaction, intervening when projects are off track and guiding recovery plans with responsible managers.
- Provide leadership input on hiring, succession planning, and organizational design for Engineering Manager roles, ensuring alignment with technical requirements and cultural expectations.
- Track, analyze, and act on key engineering performance metrics, including utilization, margin contribution, rework rates, schedule adherence, and client satisfaction, using data to drive continuous improvement.
Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor Degree Required, preferably in Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in systems integration, audiovisual engineering, or a related technical field with progressive leadership responsibility.
- 3+ years of experience managing managers or leading large, multi-project technical teams.
- AVIXA CTS, CTS-I, or CTS-D certification.
Demonstrated success improving team performance and delivering measurable business results. - Experience developing, implementing, and enforcing engineering standards and processes at scale.
- Strong understanding of the full project lifecycle from design through commissioning.
- Experience partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Project Management, and Field & Fabrication Services.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, system schematics, and technical specifications.
- Financial acumen, including labor forecasting, project budgets, and margin impact analysis.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a bias toward action and resolution.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills suitable for executive-level engagement.
