Aderhold Roofing Corporation is looking for a driven Sales Account Manager to grow and manage relationships in our multi-family division.
This is not a “sit behind a desk and wait for leads” role.
This is for someone who wants to:

What You’ll Be Responsible For
Business Development & Sales
- Generate new business through cold calling, referrals, networking, and relationships
- Manage and grow an existing client base
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and association meetings
- Build long-term relationships with property managers and decision-makers
Account Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for your clients
- Identify opportunities for repairs, maintenance, and replacements
- Maintain consistent communication and follow-up
- Deliver a high level of professionalism that reflects our brand
Technical Sales & Project Support
- Evaluate roof conditions and identify issues (training provided if needed)
- Recommend solutions based on client needs and budget
- Prepare scopes and estimates
- Work closely with operations to ensure project success
Sales Discipline
- Use CRM daily to track activity and opportunities
- Participate in sales meetings and ongoing training
- Hit monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who is hungry, professional, and accountable.
- 3+ years in sales (roofing or construction preferred)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-starter with high energy and confidence
- Ability to manage your own pipeline and stay organized
- Comfortable in both field and office environments
- Tech-savvy (CRM, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
