Purpose
As the second person in charge of the store, together with the director, you are the global figures in the store. You will support managers by leading the team to achieve the store's objectives while meeting the company's management standards and ensuring a good customer experience. Key Responsibilities:
PRODUCT
- Supports the director in managing all sections to achieve sales targets.
- Monitor product display in all sections.
- Ensure that in all sections product analysis is carried out (shortcomings, competition and trends) to carry out the different actions and thus achieve better results.
- Commercial analysis to execute actions that improve sales (Retail, Business Map, product reports, Teams communications).
- Continuous communication and feedback is given to both the central and the country sales team.
- Monitor the communication flow of all departments.
PROCESS
- Support the director in the management of warehouse stock and merchandise flows, taking into account the criteria of the Commercial Manager.
- Support the director by executing the organization and planning of people and processes.
- Ensure that teams work to company standards achieving appropriate productivity.
- Supervise the operation of the store devices and ensure that the technological part works well and provides a good shopping experience.
- Support management team by ensuring compliance with omnichannel-related processes (SINT, IPOD, STORE MODE, CC).
- Lead the implementations of new projects and commercial and operational updates.
- Responsible for and ensure that SHRINKAGE is minimized and coordinate action plans regarding the needs of the store.
CUSTOMER
- Lead the standards of customer service in your store.
- Ensures that incidents are resolved in time.
PEOPLE
- Help the manager manage the budget of hours with respect to the needs of the store.
- Execute the process of preparing schedules in all sections and ensure coverage appropriate to the sales dynamics and operational workload of the store.
- Supervise all types of training (on-boarding, mandatory training on the Tra!n platform, job training, etc.)
- Support the director in the development of succession plans (quarry) by identifying and training potential candidates.
- Develop, recognize, and give constructive feedback.
- Leads compliance with occupational risk prevention, health and safety at work standards.

The Area Director, Municipal Sales is a unique position that oversees the largest and most complex Municipal portfolio(s) in the company. The Area Director, Municipal Sales provides expert level leadership, strategic guidance, support and expertise to the Vice President, Municipal Sales, Area Presidents and General Managers. The Area Director, Municipal Sales assists in setting goals and identifying targeted accounts for each Manager, Municipal Sales and measures success against those goals. The Area Director, Municipal Sales works closely with Government Affairs to plan and execute legislative strategy, as well as work with lobbyists and consultants on state or federal government strategy that benefits or protects the company. - Responsible for ensuring their Manager, Municipal Sales is populating and maintaining the Contact Relationship Management System (Salesforce) on an on-going basis. Reviews Salesforce compliance and data accuracy with their direct reports to insure the system data is up to date. Uses reports derived from Salesforce to provide coaching and input to the Manager, Municipal Sales.
- Effectively communicates Company objectives, goals, plans and relates concerns on legislation and maintains relationships with government officials. Participates in local National Waste and Recycling Association (NWRA) and Solid Waste Association of North America (SWANA) organizations on a regular basis in their assigned territory, as well as the League of Cities Associations in their markets.
- Creates and maintains effective reporting systems and communication to and with senior management. Safeguards confidential information.
- May seek out and coordinate development of new solid waste infrastructure projects and manages projects through the development cycle and conclusion, working in coordination with Business Development.

- This position may require travel by air, car and/or other modes of transportation up to 80% of the time.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Waste, transportation or service industry experience.
- Municipal and/or government sales and marketing or government relation’s experience.

Pay Range:
The pay range for this position is $192,400.00 to $264,550.00* which reflects the minimum wage in multiple jurisdictions. The actual range will depend on the locality in which you are hired.

As an Inside Sales Rep - SST (Sales Support Team) you will be responsible for proactively increasing revenue for the district/metro area by providing exceptional customer service, processing rental quotes and reservations and terminating contracts. Your essential duty is to support the district/metro area objectives in all aspects of sales and customer service to ensure World-Class service and operational excellence.
What you'll do:
Respond to all inbound calls in a consistent, professional and courteous manner
Review all equipment requests and propose solutions that suit the customer's requirements
Negotiate rates on equipment rentals in accordance with pricing policies and procedures
Identify leads for new business and communicate to the appropriate field personnel
Effectively resolve customer issues and coordinate solutions with other personnel
Communicate delivery needs promptly and accurately to Logistics Manager/Dispatcher
Call on lost and/or dormant accounts to generate business
Other duties assigned as needed
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
Exceptional relationship-building and customer service skills
Strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Independent, self-starter and strong self-imposed structure
Excellent teamwork, interpersonal and communication skills
Keen attention to detail
Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
