Customer Sales Experience

  • Seek out customers to ensure they have a world class beauty advisor experience.
  • Provide personalized sales service based on customer needs, productive upselling and suggestive selling.
  • Maneuver in a conversation to stimulate a different thought process. This means you are confident and comfortable using your verbal skills to generate sales.
  • Be the brand expert by answering customer questions in detail with product knowledge to produce the largest sales basket possible.
  • Engage all customers with CVS services, Beauty Club programs and invite customers to in-store events and/or explain current promotions to close the sale of products and services.
  • Represent both the CVS and partner brands when interacting with customers and uphold the highest standards of service.
  • CVS Licensed Beauty Sales Consultants are required to provide ear-piercing services in all stores. Licensed Beauty Sales Consultants are also required to perform all other applicable services offered in any location in which they work.
  • CVS Licensed Beauty Sales Consultants must successfully pass assessments of proficiency before performing services in store.
  • Educate beauty customers by demonstrating proper product usage and highlighting product features and benefits to help drive purchase conversion.
  • Manage time effectively between consultations, scheduled services and walk-in clients.
  • Create and maintain product displays and display special promotional materials in support of key brand, corporate and local advertising efforts.
  • Participate in and represent CVS at sales programs and/or events.

Required Qualifications

  • Must possess a current and valid Cosmetology/Esthetician License in the state in which you will be working.
  • Must maintain an active Cosmetology/Esthetician license at all times in the state you are employed and ensure it is present and displayed during working hours at your work site(s) as mandated by that state.

Medical Equipment Technician

Medical Equipment Technicians are responsible for ensuring safe delivery, providing setup, and education in usage of home medical equipment for our customers. Setup is done in their home, long-term care setting, clinic or any location deemed necessary to service patients.


Job Duties:

  • Develop and maintain working knowledge of current HME products and services offered by the company and all

Compensation Highlights

  • $27.00 per hour, paid from day one
  • Potential to earn up to $500.00 in bonuses during training and production.

Program Schedule & Shift Details

  • Full-Time Training Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM HST
  • The first 7 weeks are on-site with no time off
  • Location: 949 Kamokila Blvd, Kapolei, HI 96707
  • Must be flexible to work assigned production shifts between HST after training 11 AM and 12:30 AM
  • Must be available December 1–7, 2026, consecutively

What You’ll Learn and Do

  • Conduct inbound, consultative sales conversations with Medicare-eligible individuals
  • Assess customer needs and explain Medicare plan options clearly and compliantly
  • Enroll customers into appropriate Medicare health plans
  • Meet individual performance and enrollment goals
  • Accurately document interactions and enrollments using internal systems
  • Receive ongoing coaching, feedback, and mentorship to grow your sales skills

Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year tenure at your most recent job
  • Must be available to work December 1–7 consecutively
  • Must be willing to work on-site for the first 7 weeks.
  • Must be able to follow strict attendance metrics.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication and basic computer skills
  • Coachable mindset with a willingness to learn and accept feedback
  • Ability to pass the Hawaii state Life & Health insurance exam (study support and costs covered)
  • Willingness to work onsite up to 3 days per week post-training for team events, meetings, and collaboration

Continue to help sales executives develop and improve the sales executives’ presentation scripts.

Prepare for daily appointments (e.g., review tour sheet, owner history, presentation details, etc.).

If a purchase is made, follow up face-to-face guest interaction with email, phone, or mail correspondence and facilitate the use of our Vacation Ownership Advisor(s) team.

Use, demonstrate, and/or coordinate virtual tour software on electronic devices, e.g., iPad, for guests.

Providing Service to Others Respond to and monitor the resolution of customer and Owner inquiries in a timely manner with accurate information, unless those inquiries are ownership/product, pricing/purchase or contract related, in which event direct those questions to a licensed associate.

If providing a business card to guests, the card must describe the Experience Guide as unlicensed and refer the guest to a licensed associate for inquiries that are ownership, pricing, or contract related.

Leverage resources for providing service to Owners (e.g., Vacation Ownership Advisors) in an effective manner.

Other Manage time effectively to punctually attend daily team meetings, training sessions, and guest appointments.
