In The Role

GENERAL SUMMARY:
Act as the point of contact for customers. Assist in setting and maintaining plan-o-grams and programs. Stock merchandise adequately. Perform other duties as necessary to maximize profitability, customer satisfaction, and teamwork, while protecting company assets.

Inventory & Forecasting Manager Job Duties & Responsibilities (include travel requirements)
- Prepare monthly recap for the VP of Sales & Marketing and VP of Operations on production, inventory, and sales history, along with 1-3 month forecast updates for the demand planning worksheet.
- Manage ongoing demand planning process with the Director of Supply Chain and Director of Business Development to maintain appropriate product mix, service area, color needs, and inventory across plants while understanding capacity constraints for all shingle and manufactured accessories. To include building and maintaining inventory floor plans on accessory items for each plant and reloading facility.
- Work with the Director of Supply Chain to evolve the Sales-Inventory-Operations Planning (SIOP) process over time to meet the needs of the organization.
- Work with the Director of Supply Chain on efforts to forecast opportunities and concerns across the operations and supply chain functions.
- Manage monthly and annual forecasting efforts for finished goods products in conjunction with the Director of Supply Chain
- Manage existing product inventory and ordering needs based on market demand and be responsive to sales needs and trends in demand.
- Work will all plant facilities on eliminating discontinued products in a fiscally responsible manner while actively working on making sure that inventories reflected in PS/Qlik are accurate and up to date for all facilities.
- Work to manage, consolidate, and prioritize shipment of inventory to minimize loss and maximize profits through sales and avoid fines
- Work with the Director of Procurement on maintaining and communicating margin/cost/price controls for all vendor accessory products through monthly reviews and profitability analysis. Assist sales and business development teams in addressing inventory available for large volume opportunities as well as daily needs.
- Work with all plant schedulers to train best practices and continuity of practices. To include making sure production schedules are always kept up to date on People Soft.
- Work with plant schedulers and Director of Procurement to make sure that raw materials are kept at optimal levels at each plant facility.
- Work with IT to make needed reporting and process updates to aid all plants in being able to see and upload production and inventory.
- Work with the plant managers and schedulers to achieve uniform processes when PIDS are updated across the division with the goal of uniformity for best practices and visibility.
- Set and maintain safety stock targets in PeopleSoft.
- Build inventory floor plans for all accessory items across plants and reload facilities.
- Proactively eliminate discontinued SKUs and manage reallocation to minimize write-offs.
- Work closely with plant schedulers to align production plans with master schedules using Shingle Tech.
- Ensure safety stock levels and report on monthly deviations to plans
- Collaborate with plants to ensure proper inventory and production planning
- Collaborate with manufacturing teams to adjust plans as needed due to changes in demand, equipment downtime, or material delays.
- Monitor production KPIs (e.g., on-time completion, schedule adherence) and drive improvements.
- Coordinate with the Purchasing and planning coordinator
- Provide backup support during vacations and other absences for finished good / raw material issues
- Other duties as required by the Director of supply chain
- Collaborate with Director of supply chain on ADHOC projects and forecasting
- Partner with Sales, Customer Service, Account Executives, and Plant Operations to ensure smooth material flow and on-time delivery.

Westgate Resorts is hiring Full-Time Rental Reservations Agents in Orlando, FL with a unique hybrid work model—100% in-office for the first 90 days, then fully remote after training and passing quality checks. This role starts at $16/hr or $16.50/hr for bilingual Spanish-speaking agents, with additional 10% evening differential and 15% weekend differential. As a Rental Reservations Agent, you will handle 40–50 inbound calls per day from Westgate guests, assisting with servicing reservations, general resort questions, reservation questions and collecting payments. This role requires strong communication skills, fast typing, problem-solving ability, and comfort navigating multiple systems at once. We are hiring immediately for the upcoming 4/16 class.
This is a structured call‐center environment with 4 weeks of in-office training (Mon–Fri, 9:00am–5:30pm) followed by 2 weeks of nesting training, both with no time off allowed during the first 90 days. After nesting, the permanent schedule becomes 12:30pm–9:00pm on weekdays (two weekdays off) and a 10:00am–6:00pm weekend schedule. Candidates with hospitality call center experience, sales, collections, front desk, or previous work-from-home success excel in this role. As part of Westgate's commitment to excellence, training includes weekly Gate Assessments, requiring at least 80% performance to advance to the following week of training.

Director, Analytics Product Management Business Intelligence Center (Google Cloud) – Hybrid

We are looking for a strategic leader to drive the vision, development, and adoption of advanced analytics and AI solutions across our sales organization. This role will oversee a portfolio of AI-enabled products, including predictive models, generative AI tools, and decision intelligence integrated into CRM and digital platforms, all designed to enhance sales performance and revenue growth.
As a key leader, the Director will partner with senior product managers and cross-functional technical teams to define product strategy, prioritize initiatives, and ensure seamless execution. Success in this role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, business insight, and executive influence, enabling the leader to translate complex AI capabilities into tangible business outcomes and enterprise-wide adoption.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Shape Enterprise Analytics Strategy: Develop and continuously refine the advanced analytics roadmap, ensuring alignment with business priorities and growth goals across local and national sales operations.
Lead AI/ML Product Innovation: Collaborate with data science and engineering teams to create, implement, and scale predictive and generative AI solutions that drive tangible business outcomes.
Team Leadership & Development: Guide, mentor, and grow senior Product Owners and Translators focused on analytics and AI initiatives; provide clear strategic direction and foster a high-performing, collaborative culture.
Executive Communication & Influence: Translate complex analytics into actionable insights for C-suite and senior leaders, securing alignment and executive sponsorship for key initiatives.
Governance & Stakeholder Management: Establish and maintain governance frameworks and executive cadences to prioritize roadmaps and ensure smooth delivery of quarterly product releases.
Portfolio Management: Oversee a suite of analytics products, balancing innovation with compliance and governance, while ensuring usability and integration across business intelligence platforms, CRM, and digital channels.
Drive Adoption & Value Realization: Ensure solutions are embedded into business processes and deliver measurable impact on performance and revenue.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education
- Bachelor's degree in an analytical field (e.g., Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business).
- MBA or another advanced degree from a top-tier educational institution (preferred)
Experience
- 8+ years in product management or analytics leadership roles, with proven experience delivering AI/ML-drivenproducts atscale.
- Prior experience in a corporate setting or leading a professional services company in an analytical or strategic role, such as Strategy, Finance, or Insights.
- Demonstrated success managing multiple product teams and driving enterprise-wide adoption of analytics solutions.
- 3+ years with Google Cloud
Professional Skills
- Strong problem-solving skills to take ambiguous challenges and develop structured frameworks for defining, analyzing, and solving them.
- Experience shaping enterprise strategies and working with senior leadership to drive alignment and investment.
- Ability to manage ambiguity and guide the organization toward clear and decisive action plans.
- High level of familiarity with digital technologies, including understanding of underlying data architectures, data requirements, and interdependencies between front-end, service layer, and back-end systems.
- Deep understanding of descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive analytics approaches and ability to educate business stakeholders on modeling techniques.
- Strong grasp of business value drivers and the relationship between modeling choices and business impact.
- Ability to establish a collaborative work environment that enables cross-functional teams to execute at a high level.
- Superb verbal, written, and interpersonal skills; fluency in interfacing with both technical and executive teams, and the ability to make complex analytics understandable and actionable.
