Essential Responsibilities

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following and may vary depending on store characteristics and needs: 

  • While under supervision, performs full menu of bath, brush and grooming services and standalone services, such as nail trims, teeth brushing, and sanitary services in accordance with PetSmart’s bathing standards and procedures. 
  • Develop and display safe technical skills that will meet or exceed the company's minimum expectations. 
  • Recommends additional health and wellness solutions with Pet Parents based on pet’s needs. 
  • Responsible for the pet parent experience and outcomes conducted in person, over the phone and at the sales register.  
  • Greets pet parents, answers their questions, and assists with making reservations in the salon. 
  • Conducts salon appointment reminder calls, maintains client records and consults with pet parents on services offered.  
  • Performs check-in and check-out procedures for grooming appointments, including applicable paperwork and rebooking.  
  • Promotes opportunities to grow salon sales to help achieve sales targets and productivity, and any other relevant salon metrics. 
  • Recommends, informs, and sells merchandise and services. 
  • Maintains the highest level of cleanliness, sanitation, and humane conditions for all pets in the grooming area, by performing maintenance throughout the day including end of day cleaning in accordance with the maintenance checklist. 
  • Responsible for taking immediate action when a sick/injured pet is identified in the store; transport to the vet as needed.

Qualifications

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at AnthroMed, your role will focus on expanding our team of speech-language pathologists, social workers, and occupational therapists. You will play a key role in connecting compassionate professionals with the schools and students who need them most. Here’s what that looks like:

  • Attracting Compassionate Talent: Use a variety of tools—such as job boards, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, and outreach emails—to attract applicants who share our commitment to making a difference.
  • Connecting with Candidates: You’ll be the first point of contact for potential candidates in speech-language pathology, social work, and occupational therapy, introducing them to opportunities within our school partners.
  • Facilitating the Hiring Process: From initial outreach to job offers, you’ll help guide candidates through the interview and selection process, ensuring we match the right professional with the right school and caseload.
  • Building Relationships: You’ll work closely with your leadership team to build meaningful partnerships with schools and ensure that our clinicians are fully supported every step of the way.
  • Supporting a Smooth Onboarding Experience: Help ensure new hires have everything they need to get started, from securing documentation to liaising with state agencies for licensure and background checks.
  • Contributing to the Bigger Picture: Assist with team projects and help streamline processes to continually improve our approach to team-building and therapy delivery.


What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone who is passionate about making a difference and committed to helping our team grow. You might be a great fit if you:

  • A sharp minded, focused, well-spoken individual with an eye for detail and 1-2 years of experience in a professional recruiting, sales, or customer service environment. Alternatively, we are also willing to interview with trained Clinicians and/or former Special Educators who are interested in expanding the scope of their responsibilities in a professional services environment.

Compensation & Benefits

  • The base salary for this position ranges from $51,000 to $69,000 per year

TheCategory Manager, as part of our Category Management team, plays a strategic role supporting HARIBO of America's growth within your assigned retailer accounts/retail channels. Supporting our Sales organization, the Category Manager will deliver insight led strategies to support our fact-based sales and business development teams. In a customer facing capacity, this role will also attend customer meetings with our sales team while working cross-functionally to maximize category growth and drive competitive advantage for HARIBO.

This is a remote, field-based position that requires nation-wide travel, up to 40% of the time (with overnight stays). The ideal Category Manager will have 5+ years of experience in Category Management, Sales, Sales Strategy, or Commercial Insights roles within the CPG/Consumer Packaged Goods industry with 3+ of these years in a customer facing role with HQ/headquarters calls experience. Additionally, this candidate will also have a Bachelor's Degree, advanced working knowing of syndicated data and shopper data tools such as IRI, Circana, Nielsen, Numerator, SPINS, or other relevant syndicated data tools relevant to the consumer good industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of retailer-specific category growth strategies for assigned customers/retailers
