What You’ll Do
The Senior Living Sales Specialist is a key driver of occupancy and revenue growth, responsible for executing strategic sales and marketing initiatives, managing the full sales cycle, and fostering strong relationships with prospective residents and referral sources. - Complete Admissions Checklist and Paperwork
- Ensure all admissions-related documentation and checklists are completed accurately and in a timely manner for each new resident. Collaborate with the Business Office Manager, Director of Care, and other department heads.
- Work closely with internal teams to coordinate logistics, services, and communications related to resident move-ins and ongoing engagement.

- Organize and execute special events that promote the community, engage prospects, and strengthen referral relationships.

- Build and maintain relationships with local healthcare providers, organizations, and referral sources to drive external lead generation and community visibility.

Job Description
Join Worthington Enterprises as a Manager of Product Development within the business’s North American Building Products Innovation team and growing product portfolio. This role is responsible for leading the project management function and Innovation programs themselves. About the Role
The Head of Regional Event Operations owns the day-to-day performance of their assigned hub, overseeing bookings, marketing, operations, finance, sales and customer experience to ensure every show is profitable, well-run and continuously improving. Responsibilities -
• Lead all construction operations across multiple project teams
• Oversee project delivery from preconstruction through closeout
• Support budgeting, staffing, scheduling, and long-term project planning
• Manage Project Executives, Project Managers, Superintendents, and field teams
• Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, and engineering firms
• Actively support business development, including RFP presentations and client meetings
• Work alongside sales / leadership team to win third-party CM, CMR, and Design-Build projects
• Contribute to preconstruction strategy, estimating approach, and pursuit planning
• Ensure quality, safety, risk management, and client satisfaction across all projects
• Drive process improvement, team development, and operational performance
• Represent the company as a senior leader within the Columbus construction market
Experience Required -
• 10+ years commercial construction experience
• Strong background in ground-up commercial, mixed-use, or multifamily projects
• Experience managing Project Executives, Project Managers, and Superintendents
• Proven experience delivering complex projects in the $20M – $150M range
• Strong preconstruction knowledge preferred, but operational leadership also considered
• Experience working with architects, engineering firms, and design-build teams strongly preferred
• Background with CM at Risk, CMR, or Design-Build projects highly desirable
• Experience presenting RFPs and supporting business development efforts
• Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills

What You’ll Do
- Lead business process improvement initiatives across Order to Cash, Purchase to Pay, New Product Development, and Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning
- Drive projects from early-stage assessment through implementation and closeout
- Use structured problem-solving and project management approaches to bring clarity and momentum to complex business issues
- Partner with stakeholders across operations, supply chain, finance, IT, commercial teams, and other functions
- Facilitate current-state reviews, future-state design sessions, process mapping, working sessions, and implementation planning
- Develop project timelines, milestone plans, status updates, and cross-functional ownership frameworks
- Identify risks, gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improved scalability and execution
- Support systems-related process improvement efforts tied to enterprise platforms such as Oracle or SAP
- Help establish practical solutions for evolving business needs, including situations where priorities shift quickly
- Communicate effectively with leadership, including concise updates, project objectives, progress, and business impact
- Contribute to adoption, change management, and continuous improvement efforts across the organization
What We’re Looking For
- 8 to 10+ years of relevant experience in business process improvement, business transformation, operational excellence, project management, consulting, or related work
- Strong experience in at least one major end-to-end business process such as Order to Cash, Purchase to Pay, New Product Development, or Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and operate with a high degree of independence
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with a practical toolkit of methodologies and frameworks
- Executive presence and strong communication skills, including the ability to deliver clear, succinct updates to senior executive leaders
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence without direct authority
- Strong business acumen and sound judgment
- Experience in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift and new business needs emerge quickly
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, finance, accounting, engineering, supply chain, information systems, economics, or a related field
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Oracle, SAP, or other large-scale enterprise systems
- Background in consulting, internal transformation teams, process improvement, or continuous improvement functions
- Exposure to engineered-to-order, custom product, manufacturing, or complex operational environments is helpful
- Familiarity with tools and methods related to Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, project leadership, root cause analysis, or continuous improvement
- MBA or other advanced degree is a plus
- Interest in artificial intelligence tools and how they can support better business processes is a plus
