Job Summary

The team is responsible for new business revenue generation monthly and works to achieve these on an individual and team level. Account Executives are equipped with extensive training in Salesforce, sales process management, business development and more.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

The primary responsibility of an Account Executive is to build a book of business through:

  • Prospecting and establishing referral partner relationships with professionals from the real estate and mortgage industry.
  • Work with clients to understand their insurance needs, analyze options with a large carrier portfolio, and provide a custom solution to mitigate household risk.
Compensation Summary

The first year's earnings potential ranges from $53,000 - $90,000, varying based on performance. Our compensation package slightly varies by agency but offers uncapped new business commissions and renewal commissions year-over-year. Renewal commissions provide passive earnings and can exponentially increase your annualized income. Additionally, top performers can qualify for an annual President's Club trip.

About the Role:

The Customer Success Manager (CSM) is a key role within the Sales organization responsible for providing direct impact on revenue retention by owning the post-sales customer experience, driving adoption and value realization for our subscription and open access research customers. Ultimately, the CSM represents the customers' interests in realizing value from Wiley's digital research solutions. The CSM will focus on key accounts for which they will be responsible for leveraging data around customer health to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer outcomes, client satisfaction and overall revenue growth. The CSM will also partner closely with Sales to help them achieve their revenue targets and identify future growth opportunities. Strong relationship-building skills and a passion for helping customers succeed, combined with an affinity for metrics and analytics, are key to success in this role. How you will make an impact:

  • Establish strong relationships with assigned customers, serving as their dedicated point of contact for all post adoption requests and challenges.
  • Partner with cross functional teams to ensure the customer receives maximum value from their investment.
  • Consult with clients to define goals and the key metrics/KPIs used to evaluate their progress towards achieving those goals.

The Leasing Consultant is the property's sales representative, whose primary responsibilities are to support the leasing, retention and occupancy goals of the community. Leasing Consultants are customer service oriented and provide current and prospective residents with an exceptional experience.

The ideal candidate for this role seeks opportunities to build relationships, plan events, and takes initiative while remaining flexible to meet the community's day-to-day needs.



Responsibilities

  • Greet prospective residents and professionally present the features and benefits of the property.
  • Conduct all business in accordance with company policies and procedures, Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act and all other Federal, State and Local laws pertaining to Multi-Family Housing.
  • Implement and enforce all policies and procedures as outlined in the company policy and procedures Manuals.
  • Offer a professional and friendly, atmosphere in the leasing center/clubhouse and any other areas where prospective residents and current residents might interact with them.
  • Inspect all models and market readies prior to showing in order to ensure their quality appearance.
  • Relay incoming calls to appropriate point of contacts.
  • Understanding of local competition, maintain a pulse on market trends and offerings.
  • Complete paperwork accurately and timely.
  • Maintain active guest cards and continue to work them until the prospect has chosen their home.
  • Inspect the property on a regular basis reporting any deficiencies to the Property Manager.
  • Assist the Property Manager in preparing daily and weekly reports, resident communication, move-ins/outs, office supply inventory, and market surveys.
  • Maintain Resident Files with current information properly filed per company policy at all times.
  • Process Leasing Applications and in accordance with the companies P & P Manual guidelines.
  • Oversee Lease Renewal Program to optimize lease renewals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Prior leasing and/or property management experience preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills providing for effective communication with residents, employees, peers, vendors, owners, etc. and to assist in efficient operations.
  • Excellent attendance is a requirement of the position.
  • Excellent customer service.
  • Work a varied schedule including weekends and holidays as required.

Come join our team as a Universal Banker Floater to support our Central Florida branches. This position will primarily be located in Winter Park and will be responsible for increasing branch assets, deposits, customer base and revenue by building rapport with new and existing customers to understand their current and future financial needs. You will conduct teller and cash vault transactions in an accurate and timely manner. The Universal Banker is also responsible for the sales of all bank products and services. You will provide outstanding customer service through a variety of digital and physical channels and consistently gain the confidence and trust of others through honesty, integrity, and authenticity. Applicants should be comfortable interacting with customers on camera, phone, online chat and must be comfortable utilizing new technology. The candidate must possess strong communication skills to accurately complete requests and answer questions for customers.

Job Responsibilities

  • Ensure thorough understanding of all products and services offered by Climate First Bank;
  • Consistently exceed customer expectations and build rapport with existing and new customers;
  • Open and process accounts, perform account maintenance;
  • Accept and process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, check cashing, loan payments; ensure proper customer identification and Bank Secrecy (BSA) procedures are followed;
  • Proactively identify referral opportunities from new and existing customers;
  • Proactively identify cross- and upselling opportunities across ALL of the Bank's products;
  • Actively listen to the needs of prospects and clients and promptly respond to customer requests;
  • Promote bank products and services while maintaining and accurately balancing teller cash drawer;
  • Assist with vault duties;
  • Attend and participate in periodic staff meetings;
  • Keep exceptions for new accounts and audits to a minimum;
  • Open and close the branch with the Branch Manager or Assistant Branch Manager; maintain and stay abreast of security policies and procedures; participate in testing security equipment, understand and follow procedures in case of robbery or other emergency; abide by dual controls procedures at all times;
  • Demonstrate interest in contributing to and working by Climate First Bank's Core Values;
  • Possess the initiative to obtain education related to ESG and sustainability practices.

Specific Requirements

  • Associates Degree required, Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred;
  • Proven ability to close sales based on customer needs;
  • Previous banking experience required;
  • Ability to balance business needs and customer requests while managing potential risks to the Bank;
  • Previous money-handling experience;
  • Excellent sales, and communication skills;
  • Excellent attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and manage time effectively;
  • Educated in financial products and services, banking regulations and laws;
  • Solid organizational skills.

Physical Demands:

  • Sustained standing and sitting;
  • Frequent use of PC, including typing or sustained attention to monitor;
  • Occasional lifting of basic office files or equipment up to 20 lbs.
