About the Role


The Center Manager (CM) is responsible for ensuring every guest has a memorable and inviting experience while delivering the company’s desired financial results. This role heavily collaborates with and assists the District Manager and Regional Wax Trainer. This includes but is not limited to: leading a team of Guest Service Associates and Wax Specialists, consistently modeling guest service behaviors, business analysis, recruiting, talent development, training and retention, loss prevention, expense control, and state standards

We are partnering confidentially with a fast-growing industrial MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Operations) distribution company serving commercial warehouses, manufacturing plants, and industrial operations throughout the Houston market.

This role is designed for a true hunter — a sales professional who thrives on identifying, prospecting, and closing new business.

This is not an account maintenance role. This is a territory growth position focused on new revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve revenue targets
  • Identify and prospect new warehouse and industrial accounts
  • Build relationships with plant managers, procurement teams, and operations leaders
  • Sell a broad portfolio of MRO products including industrial supplies, PPE, stretch film, pallet wrap, warehouse consumables, and packaging materials
  • Conduct on-site visits and product demonstrations
  • Negotiate pricing and contracts
  • Maintain accurate CRM reporting
  • Coordinate with operations and warehouse teams to ensure smooth fulfillment

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of B2B industrial or MRO sales experience
  • Proven experience selling into warehouses, manufacturing facilities, or industrial operations
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales quotas
  • Strong prospecting and closing skills
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally
