POSITION OVERVIEW
The Sports Merchandiser is responsible for planning, selecting, and managing assortments of licensed sports products across key categories in partnership with sales team. This role blends strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of sports fandom, trends, and licensing requirements to deliver compelling assortments that drive sales, margin, and brand integrity.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2–5 years of merchandising or buying experience, preferably within licensed products, sports, apparel, or consumer goods
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and merchandising systems
- Knowledge of sports leagues, teams, and licensed merchandise processes
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Specific Role Responsibilities:

Sales Execution Manager-South Central Region
The ideal candidate will be based in our Irving facility and will support our Walmart customers in Dallas, Irving, Lubbock, Tulsa, Bentonville Oklahoma City, Waco, Longview (location coverage subject to change with any urther alignment with Market Managers).

Position Overview

The opportunity
Delaware North Sportservice is hiring seasonal Food and Beverage Vendors to join our team at Globe Life Field in Arlington, Texas. As a Food and Beverage Vendor, you will be responsible for selling beer or other food and beverage products to guests throughout the venue, in accordance with the company’s alcohol service policies and operational standards.

What will you do?
- Circulates among guests within assigned sections; calls out and sells snack items like cotton candy, popcorn, hot dogs etc to guests in their seats
- Use hand held device to process credit card sales
- Answer any questions guests may have regarding snack items
- Checks out items to replenish stock, assist with loading vending tubs with product
More about you
- Strong communication skills, including listening skills and ability to communicate with guests and respond to inquiries
- Must be outgoing and able to call out to guests in order to sell product
- No experience or diploma required

What You Will Do
The National Account Executive (NAE) will develop customer relationships, listen to customer needs, provide technical solutions, and educate them on the value of company offered solutions & tools in the marketplace. The NAE will assist in supporting in-territory training and tradeshows nationally as necessary. 90% of your time will be spent with current customers, 10% focused on new business development.
- Develop into a subject matter expert on company solutions & tooling
- Provide exceptional service to strategic customers in assigned region; establish and maintain relationships with strategic customers and industry stakeholders
- Provide technical support and solutions to customers
- Deliver on-site or remote product demonstrations and training

Sales Strategy & Execution:

Project Management Support:
- Assist in the preparation and management of RFIs (Requests for Information) and change orders during the project lifecycle.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth transitions from estimating to project execution, addressing any discrepancies or issues.
- Manage bid deadlines, monitor the status of active bids, and ensure timely submission of estimates to clients.
Reporting & Analysis:
- Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales and estimating reports to track progress, performance, and key metrics.
- Analyze sales and estimating trends to identify opportunities for process improvements, cost savings, and increased efficiency.
- Provide management with regular updates on estimating activities, project pipelines, and any potential issues that may impact timelines or profitability.
Continuous Improvement:
- Stay current with industry trends, pricing models, and new technologies to ensure the estimating process is efficient and accurate.
- Actively participate in strategy sessions to identify opportunities for operational improvements, increased efficiency, and profitability.
General Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role, preferably in the construction industry.
- Proven track record of successfully driving sales growth and managing estimating functions.
Skills & Abilities:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Highly motivated, energetic with a strong sense of initiative.
- In-depth knowledge of estimating techniques, project management, and cost estimation.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Proficient in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.); experience with project management and CRM systems a plus.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
