The primary responsibility of a Family Farm and Home Store Manager - Unassigned is to learn the company’s culture by consistently supporting and strengthening the basic philosophies of the company. They must have strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and supervise team members. The Store Manager - Unassigned will learn merchandising, shrink control and operational aspects of the store.
