The Liquid Asphalt Manager will oversee the operations and logistics of the AMAT Northeast Division Liquid Asphalt Business. Primary responsibilities include coordinating the regional liquid asphalt supply chain, terminal management/oversight and supply/demand forecasting. This role is responsible for ensuring reliable, cost-effective delivery of liquid asphalt products from supply point to internal HMA plants while maintaining AMAT's high standards of quality, safety, and compliance. The position involves significant engagement & communication with internal liquid asphalt stakeholders, managing external vendors, coordinating internal forecasts, and optimizing logistics to support operational and commercial goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations and supply logistics for the company's liquid asphalt terminals (owned and leased), including receipt, storage, blending (as applicable), and dispatch of liquid asphalt products.
  • Oversee and coordinate third-party truck haulers, including carrier selection, performance monitoring, contract compliance, cost control, and resolution of delivery issues to ensure timely and safe transportation.
  • Manage relationships and supply agreements with additive supply companies (e.g., warm mix additives, antistrips, and other additives), including ordering, inventory tracking, delivery scheduling, and vendor performance evaluation to support product blending and quality requirements.
  • Responsible for ensuring specification compliance for all products shipped from owned and third-party terminals, to include sampling, lab & testing coordination, and issue resolution with Agencies/DOT's and the internal HMA business. The NE Liquid Manager will work directly with the AMAT VP Liquid Asphalt to determine incoming supply quality requirements and the implementation of any blending or corrective actions required to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate internally with key individuals at AMAT operating companies, including sales teams, accounting groups, and HMA production stakeholders to develop accurate demand forecasts, supply plans , and inventory control and management strategies taking into consideration terminal capacity and working capital requirements.
  • Monitor logistics costs, terminal performance metrics, and supply chain risks; identify opportunities for optimization, cost savings, and process improvements.
  • Ensure all activities comply with safety regulations (OSHA, EPA, etc.), environmental standards, and company policies; promote a strong safety culture across terminals and haulers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with terminal operators, vendors, haulers, and internal teams to support seamless operations. Engage and collaborate with other members of the AMAT Liquid Asphalt business to identify safety concerns and implement resolutions, problem solve and implement best practices in your area.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in logistics, supply chain management, or terminal operations, preferably in the asphalt, petroleum, liquid bulk, or related industries (e.g., fuel, chemicals, or aggregates).
  • Strong relationship management skills with the ability to negotiate, influence, and maintain positive partnerships with third-party haulers, additive suppliers, terminal operators, and internal stakeholders.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset coupled with a teamwork approach — engaged and communicative, proactive, resourceful, and capable of identifying opportunities, driving initiatives, and adapting to dynamic market conditions with a results-oriented approach.
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues and understand maintenance needs. Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including pumps, valves, heaters, pipelines, tanks, blending equipment, and related terminal infrastructure preferred
  • Solid understanding of quality control processes, product specifications, and testing protocols for liquid asphalt or similar products.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills; proficiency in forecasting, inventory management, and cost analysis.
  • Effective communication and leadership abilities to coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Willingness and ability to travel regionally (US & Canada) as needed to engage with internal stakeholders and facilities, terminals and vendor sites; flexibility for seasonal demands (e.g., extended hours during peak paving season). Occasional long-distance travel for internal meetings, industry conferences, etc.
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, engineering, business, or a related field preferred; equivalent industry experience considered.

Position Overview:

The Major Gifts Officer will be responsible for the identification, cultivation, and solicitation of prospects that are capable of giving in excess of $10,000. This individual will develop and execute short and long-term strategies to secure major and planned gifts in concert with MMRF leadership, Executive Committee members, Event Development Team and volunteers. Major gift donors and prospects will be individuals, corporations and foundations. Primary responsibilities will be implemented through regular, meaningful contact, including in-person visits with donors and prospects throughout the country.

Essential Functions:

  • Responsible for managing a portfolio of approximately 150 - 200 donors and prospects, with an emphasis on major gift prospects capable of making gifts of $10,000 or more.
  • Coordinate and facilitate appropriate strategies that directly result in prospect identification, qualification, cultivation, and successful solicitation, including advising MMRF management on the expectations and needs of the constituents.
  • Develop individual strategies to ensure that each major donor and prospect has a clear strategy and timeline for cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship.
  • Plan and execute the most effective form of approach to engage appropriate donors and prospects on a one-to-one tailored basis and develop and maintain successful relationships with donors.
  • Maintain and properly record data about prospects and donors utilizing Salesforce, the MMRF's donor database.
  • Work closely with Vice President of Development and Senior Principal Gift Officer to close planned gifts to the organization with an understanding of the principals and techniques associated with planned giving and financial and estate planning.

Job Responsibilities


  • Sales and marketing of all Oldcastle Infrastructure precast concrete products, including utility vaults, concrete pipe, culverts, manholes, catch basins and other drainage products. Customers include civil contractors, utility companies and municipalities.
  • Prospect opportunities and companies and market products within core markets.
  • Identify and bid all appropriate projects within assigned marketing area. Participate in the development of bid strategy for each job.
  • Utilize various software tools to manage prospects, issue quotes and communicate with a broader team.
  • Assist the Area Sales Manager in developing strategy and tactics that ensure the attainment of company sales goals and profitability in key markets through assigned geography.
  • Develop and maintain relationships within the engineering community. Leverage these relationships to get Oldcastle products specified on future projects.
  • Will be responsible for meeting specific sales volumes and profit margin goals.
  • Partner with other departments (Quality Control, Production, Operations, Transportation, and Accounting) to ensure every account receives the highest level of customer service.
  • Communicate with the broader Oldcastle sales team to manage and coordinate sales to customers who overlap geographic boundaries and markets, as well as to leverage the Oldcastle product portfolio across company boundaries.

Job Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 2+ years in civil infrastructure construction, precast concrete manufacturing sales, or similar product sales.
  • Demonstrate strong business acumen in regard to sales and marketing and/or the civil infrastructure construction market; be knowledgeable in regard to current and possible future industry trends.
  • Ability to read and interpret civil design drawings, and engineering production drawings.
  • Must have ability to travel (approx. 50% +) throughout the sales region.
  • Must have the drive and self-discipline to work independently within territory to accomplish goals.
  • Demonstrate the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with customers – both internal and external.
  • Be a pro-active, self-motivated, self-starter who is action oriented and drives for results.
  • Be experienced with technical sales to engineers and specifying agencies (Not necessity but a plus).
  • Be proficient in basic Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create, execute and track compelling content for TouchCare’s audiences
  • Build a strong TouchCare member community, using strategy and creativity with key content deliverables
  • Drive utilization and adoption of the TouchCare platform, services, and 1:1 consultations 
  • Collaborate across functions and teams to deliver an effective content marketing strategy that aligns to the company’s business objectives
  • Integrate content programs with brand campaigns to drive lead generation and brand awareness
  • Create and execute a comprehensive, multichannel social media strategy
  • Work closely with the marketing director on owned digital content hubs including , social channels (both paid/organic), email and newsletter distribution, webinars, and email campaigns
  • Oversee content calendar and maintain and improve member engagement rate and experience
  • Develop influential ad copy that aligns with brand identity and sales goals

IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • 3+ years of experience with a background in engagement/acquisition/retention, digital and content marketing of members. Experience in healthcare marketing or inbound lead generation a plus.
  • Healthcare, insurance, or benefits experience is helpful. Willingness to learn about the industry and do a deep-dive on the competition is a must.
  • Experience with creating e-books, white papers, newsletters, or outbound email campaigns preferred
  • Willingness to wear many hats and be flexible. Experience in a startup environment a plus.
  • Possess a fresh perspective and have original ideas about how we message our value proposition to our members.
  • Analytical, strategic approach to marketing. Can identify patterns, analyze data, and backup marketing decisions with numbers.
