We are looking for a driven candidate who can grow a sales pipeline by coordinating multiple schedules and filling the calendars of our financial advisors in multiple offices.

 

This position requires that you possess the following skills:


• High level of communication and follow-through skills

• Strong persuasive phone skills to motivate prospects to set and keep appointments

• Previous experience in a relatable appointment scheduling or inside sales role

• Strong organizational skills

• Strong ability to follow through the entire process of converting prospects to clients

• Motivated and driven by reaching goals and growth

• Financial Industry knowledge/experience preferred

• Experience with MS Office and Salesforce preferred

● Telephone or inside sales experience is a plus

● 4 Year college degree

● Ability to work some evenings for events

 


Responsibilities/Tasks:

• Ability to fill the Financial Advisors’ schedules with qualified appointments through marketing efforts

• Calling, qualifying and scheduling prospects

• Consistent follow-up with prospects and clients

• Attend and set up seminars and workshops (in the evenings) and book appointments at the conclusion of programs (approximately 2- 3 a month)

• Accurate entry of data into CRM (salesforce) system from prospecting & and marketing efforts

• Work independently and proactively to meet business & department goals

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver exceptional service to members via phone, ITMs, and email — with professionalism, warmth, and accuracy.
  • Resolve complex member inquiries and provide clear, thoughtful solutions.
  • Support digital transactions including account inquiries, transfers, payments, and servicing requests.
  • Educate members on products and services and proactively recommend solutions that align with their needs.
  • Assist with opening and closing accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Guide members through the consumer loan origination process (excluding real estate loans).
  • Meet or exceed service and sales goals by identifying opportunities during digital interactions.
  • Stay current on digital tools, financial products, policies, and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with teammates to support branch goals and maintain a positive, high-performing culture.


What You Bring

  • Experience in customer service, retail banking, or digital financial services, with confidence handling complex inquiries.
  • Strong communication skills — especially in digital and virtual environments.
  • Comfort with digital banking platforms, ITMs, and online tools.
  • A member-first mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a fast-moving environment.
  • FiCEP and CCUFC certification (or willingness to obtain within 6 months).
  • Willingness to work at least two Saturdays per month.

· Handle post closing, shipping documents to lender and prepare buyer and seller packages;

Requirements:


· 1-3 years of real estate experience in a law firm setting.
