The Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor leads daily warehouse and logistics operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, ensuring the efficient flow of raw materials and finished goods to support production schedules and customer deliveries.
This role is responsible for supervising warehouse personnel, managing inbound and outbound logistics, and ensuring accurate inventory management through effective use of ERP/MRP systems. Responsibilities:
- Perform on-site preventative maintenance, repairs, and modernizations on electric overhead traveling cranes
- Spend time consulting with customers on repair and safety related issues
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and breakdowns.
- Generate sales leads during service calls
- Accurately and neatly document on the service report for the work performed.
- New crane wiring, assembly, installation, and start-up.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Travel may be required. Work vehicle provided.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Strong knowledge of AC/DC theory, as well as the ability to troubleshoot 480VAC 3 phase motor control systems. A.A. degree or Equivalent vocational-training or experience is preferred.
- A minimum of 2-year hands-on electro-mechanical maintenance
- Aptitude for both electrical and mechanical environments as well as familiarity with mechanical and electrical equipment
- Willingness to work overtime
- Possession of a valid driver’s license with good driving record
- Must pass drug-screen and background check
- Strong communication skills
- Proven commitment to safety
- Comfort with working at heights
- Experience in Variable Frequency drives and PLC programming a plus

MSA Hospice of the Upstate, a proud member of the Medical Services of America, Inc. family, currently seeks an experienced Full-Time Account Executive to join our Hospice team to in Seneca, Oconee, Anderson, Abbeville, and Pickens, SC.
Responsibilities of Account Executives include:
· Ability to perform an initial territory market analysis and required business development plans quarterly/annually.
· Develop and establish new business referral sources consistently.
· Successfully maintain current relationships with referral sources.
· Meet regularly with the clinical team.
· Identify and implement market strategies with sales and clinical teams resulting in continued census growth.
· Maintains knowledge of Medicare and State specific home health care regulations.
· Obtains physician's order for specified treatments and participates in the referral process.
· Promote MSA's entire umbrella of services across the home health continuum
Job Requirements
· Three to five years Home Health and/or Hospice Sales and Marketing experience required. Preferably in the geographical market of employment.
· Must have a referral base following of your own.
· Outstanding communication skills accompanied by excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
· General knowledge base of physician, hospital, skilled nursing, assisted living, and discharge planning needs.
· Ability to meet deadlines, work independently and consistently meet established quotas.
· Valid Driver’s License with a good driving record and company required auto liability insurance.

As an Account Executive, you’ll play a crucial role in growing our business by developing new referral relationships and maintaining strong connections with existing partners—all while collaborating closely with our clinical team to support patient care and census growth.
What You’ll Do:
