Your Role at KIK

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Production Planner to join our manufacturing team. This role is responsible for developing and managing weekly production schedules based on sales forecasts and customer orders. The Production Planner will coordinate workflow across departments, monitor inventory levels, and ensure the availability of raw materials to meet production goals. Key responsibilities include analyzing supply and demand trends, identifying risks and inefficiencies in the production plan, tracking actual performance against the production schedule, and supporting overall supply chain strategy. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience in supply chain functions, and the ability to collaborate across teams to improve plant performance.


What You’ll Do

  • Develop weekly production schedule according to sales forecasts or customer orders.
  • Plans and schedules workflow for each department according to previously established manufacturing sequences and lead times.
  • Analyze and identify risks associated with the options built into the Production Schedule.
  • Closely manage WIP and FG inventory levels.
  • Perform supply demand analysis each quarter, highlighting areas of concern for the next 12-18 months’ Work closely with department managers to develop ways to improve plant efficiencies.
  • Monitor actual output versus the Master Production Plan.
  • Identify gaps and drive solutions, including a metric for production performance to the requested production schedule.
  • Support performance against schedule, inventory strategy, supply plan to meet demand, and resource implications.
  • Ensure availability of raw materials to fulfill planned work orders through just in time delivery of raw materials.
  • Owns the Inventory Counting, and cycle counting processes.
  • Assists in the management of raw material procurement.
  • Prepares various operations-related reporting.
  • Knowledge of supply chain functions.
  • Other duties as needed.
  • Create Production Schedules for the Plant
  • Meet Customer Order demands and identify any challenges meeting those demands
  • Work with Procurement, Customer Service, Supply Chain, and internal department to maximize production output.
  • Communicating Daily Production Plans to the Plant and Corporate Supply Chain groups.
  • Attend and Conduct Production and Planning Meetings.


What You’ll Bring

  • High School or GED required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • A minimum of 3 years of production scheduling and planning experience in a manufacturing environment (beverage, food, plastic).
  • Computer literacy, specifically Windows, Microsoft Office, and MRP software.
  • Experience managing rail lines preferred
  • Able to manage demands and conflicting requests.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Work as a part of a team, ensuring that communication is strong and all are involved.
  • Demonstrate a track record of achieving success with the ability to multitask under pressure, meet deadlines.

About the Role


We are seeking a Contract Execution Manager to serve as the customer-facing liaison for large, custom-engineered, power transformer manufacturing projects. This is not a construction or software PM role — it is a highly technical, contract-driven position responsible for ensuring the successful execution of engineered-to-order equipment, from design release through manufacturing, shipment, and onsite installation.


The position is onsite in Roanoke, VA and requires close collaboration with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, contracts, and field service teams.

Position Summary

We are seeking a Program Manager to organize and lead multi-project equipment and services fulfillment execution for mission-critical data center customers. Based in Roanoke, VA, this role will oversee and align multiple programs and projects across the customer lifecycle — including Project Management (PM), Aligned Delivery, Commissioning Assist (Cx-Assist), and Operations & Maintenance (O&M) programs.

  • Organize and operate seamless vertical alignment of PM, Aligned Delivery, Cx-Assist, and O&M programs.

Job Summary


The Territory Sales Representative has a responsibility to meet and exceed sales objectives in their assigned geography while in accordance with all applicable company and regulatory standards. The territory sales representative will work to understand and identify customer needs, aligning appropriate resources and all pull through activities. The territory sales representative will acquire advanced product and disease state knowledge that allows for in-depth engagement with all health care professionals. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, this individual will promote the company's first ever product calling on Gastroenterologists, Advanced Practice Practitioners (APPs) and select Primary Care Physicians in assigned territory to achieve sales goals. The territory sales representative will work closely with peers, Regional Sales Managers, and commercial colleagues to achieve territory, region, and corporate goals.


Essential Job Responsibilities


Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:


  • Drives sales performance to ensure sales goals are met or exceeded.
  • Maintain advanced product and disease state expertise to effectively engage Gastroenterologists, Primary Care Physicians, APPs, and office-staff delivering clinically focused messages introducing a new treatment option and overcoming objections.
  • Continuously builds understanding of territory market dynamics and market access opportunities accelerating pull through by effectively communicating with HCPs and office staff.
  • Works closely with Regional Sales Manager and Strategic Account Specialists (SAS) to effectively develop territory business plans to achieve sales goals.
  • Works with peers, marketing, training, and sales operations driving operational execution and sharing best practices.
  • Meets all administrative management responsibilities including effective use of CRM, and expense reporting.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
  • Two years or more of successful medical sales experience (e.g., dental, medical device, laboratory, diagnostics) or one year pharmaceutical sales experience; GI Specialty experience preferred
  • Proven and consistent track record of success in sales performance
  • Experience launching new products
  • Demonstrated success leveraging all resources (marketing, market access pull through and technology solutions).

  • Proven ability to close complex enterprise deals involving multiple stakeholders and long sales cycles
  • Experience selling into HR, IT, or employee experience markets strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated success in sourcing your own pipeline and winning new enterprise logos
  • Excellent executive presence with strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Familiarity with MEDDPICC or similar enterprise sales methodology
