How You’ll Make a Difference
As an Assistant Dental Office Manager, you will report to the Manager and perform daily front office tasks and duties to help create lasting impressions and build trust and loyalty with patients. When you join an Aspen Dental practice, you’ll participate in an eight-week training program to succeed in your role.
Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards
Work collaboratively with other members of the dental team to provide exceptional patient care
Consult with patients on treatment options provided by the clinical team, verify insurance payment and collection ensure high-quality of care
Under the direction of the Manager, supervise and reinforce the daily tasks and priorities of the non-clinical team
Review data day to day to evaluate the impact on the practice

This individual will work closely with leadership across operations, land acquisition, construction, sales, and purchasing to provide meaningful analysis and recommendations that impact profitability and performance.

Support preparation of the division’s annual budget, three-year plan, and ongoing forecast updates.
Develop and maintain financial models, proformas, and sensitivity analyses for potential land acquisitions.
Track and analyze key performance indicators such as margins, production timelines, and cash flow forecasts.
Evaluate competitive pricing and product features; recommend adjustments to optimize community performance.
-Participate in month-end close activities and ensure accurate reporting to corporate FP&A.
Maintain compliance with internal controls and assist with SOX-related requirements.
Provide ad-hoc analysis to support division and corporate initiatives.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
2-4 years of experience in financial analysis or accounting.
Big 4 public accounting experience preferred.
Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills.
Advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, complex formulas); experience with Hyperion, Essbase, or JDE is a plus.
