Key Responsibilities
• This role is responsible for ensuring product availability to meet forecasted demand by account, receiving order based on allocation, and delivering to customer on time
• Manage and operate weekly demand forecast by SKU/site level and provide customer order commitment and update top-line forecast to secure short-term (6 months) supply
• Collaborate with Product Management, Business Management, Sales, and Operations teams to understand new product launches, promotions, and other events impacting demand and adjust forecasts accordingly

Purpose Statement
The Materials Group Leader is accountable for the suitable handling and processing of the entire supplies inventory in the warehouse during his shift. In addition to supervising and assigning tasks to workers and maintaining seamless functions in the warehouse.
Key Accountabilities and Outcomes
- Loading and unloading of freight and products
- Overseeing the handling of consignments and the supervising of the loading and unloading of the same.
- Maintaining an account of the entire supplies, raw and packaging materials inventory in the warehouse.
- Ensuring the proper labeling and tagging of goods and materials.
- Following all necessary documentation and legal procedures for inbound and outbound.
- Assigning work and functions to all warehouse workers and staff during his/her shift.
- Supervising the functions and working of the warehouse workers when the supervisor is absent.
- Adhering to the compliance of all legal, food safety, food quality and safety procedures of the company.
- Supervising proper shift allocations and ensuring efficiency of shift warehouse staff when supervisor is absent.

- Ensuring the proper handling and stocking of goods, in compliance with warehousing and storage norms.
- Monitoring the warehouse records and inventory and filing reports of discrepancies in quantities and damages to the supervisor.
- Coordinate the transportation needs in Supervisor’s absence.
- Communicate with the Cold Storage facilities to coordinate inbound finished product loads when the supervisor is absent.
- Coordinating with suppliers regarding the shipments and delivery of orders.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
- HS degree or GED
- 3 years of experience in a food-processing, pharmaceutical or chemical manufacturing organization, preferably using computerized manufacturing equipment
- Demonstrated knowledge and application of qualifications in a pharmaceutical or food manufacturing environment
- Working knowledge of FDA regulations, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), HACCP, food allergens and pest control
- Demonstrated knowledge of efficient and safe manufacturing operations to include product and associate safety, OSHA standards, product quality (success rates), cost control (minimizing downtime and waste, optimizing yield)
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
- Demonstrated mechanical and spatial aptitude, including the ability to disassemble and reassemble equipment
- Read, write and speak English
- Basic knowledge of SAP or similar software
- Good teamwork and leadership skills.
- Ability to effectively manage time and meet necessary targets.
- Knowledge and capacity to efficiently delegate work.

Background
The Innovation Planner will act as the project manager and supply chain lead in processes that are executed in close cooperation with Marketing, R&D, Sales, Finance, Category Management and other Supply Chain Functional teams.
What You’ll Do
- Manage the innovation project plans from Pre-Start/Kick-off, through to implementation and post launch evaluation. This is achieved through helping to scope the project, defining activities and timings required to ensure capability is in place, and then following up on these timings throughout the project
- Manage the overall project networks, via MS project, coordinate inputs from all functions and hold individuals accountable for the delivery of their activities to ensure the project remains on time
- Ensure that the Supply Chain has the necessary capacities and capabilities to produce the innovations for all assigned sourcing sites
- Manage communication with all key project stakeholders and with global and regional innovation planners
- Coordinate required inputs to the business case for the innovation projects in terms of capital expenditure and SCC drivers, working closely with the global Procurement, Finance, Planning and Engineering teams
- Own and maintain the overall project networks for new variants and new hardware projects, as required to ensure “on time in full” delivery; by working closely with R&D, Marketing, Finance, Procurement, T&E, Quality and factories
- Co-lead risk assessments, and make sure action plans are embedded in the project timeline

- Lead Cook work experience, including supervising a team

- Culinary experience cooking different types of cuisines
- Experience working with a multi-faceted food service facility, including restaurant, hotel, country club, conference center, casino, theme park, etc.

In this position, you will be responsible for receiving, unloading, and organizing incoming shipments to ensure products are stocked, rotated, and ready for customers. This role helps keep the store running smoothly by maintaining an efficient and accurate backroom and sales floor.
What You'll Do
- Unload daily deliveries safely and efficiently
- Sort, organize and stage products in the appropriate storage areas
- Maintain a clean and organized backroom and storage area
- Report discrepancies, damaged goods, or inventory issues to management
- Rotate products following FIFO (first in, first out) practices to maintain freshness
- Properly handle products, use equipment, and follow sanitation practices in accordance with food and human safety guidelines
- Work in cold temperatures; lifting 8-32 pounds on average with maximum weight lifted greater than 50 pounds occasionally to frequently
