Job Overview
The Senior Product Manager, Cardiac Assist (SPM-CA) reports to the Global Group Marketing Manager and plays a pivotal role in driving financial success of the assigned segments and regions. This position is directly accountable for developing and executing marketing strategies and business plans that deliver sales and profit objectives for the Cardiac Assist portfolio. The SPM-CA actively leads cross-functional initiatives to maximize cross-selling, generate new business opportunities, and ensure achievement of annual order intake, net sales, and gross profit targets. By collaborating closely with cross-functional business partners and executive leadership, this role ensures commercial strategies are developed and executed effectively and all sales and service functions are fully aligned to meet and exceed the Company's financial goals.
Job Responsibilities and Essential Duties
- Responsible for the segment strategy.
- Responsible for the commercialization of new and existing products within their respective portfolio as well as any third party products related to the specific product line.
- In close cooperation with commercialization activities, enable sales and align local marketing strategies with global commercial operations and business area defined strategy.
- Monitor competitors and market activities and prepare adequate analysis and reports and prepare the market view.
- Monitor, analyze and evaluate market trends and competitor's activities to identify market opportunities in cooperation with the related product line referents.
- Adjust the marketing strategy and plans to meet changing market and competitive conditions.
- Enable, support and maximize sales functions to grow market share in selecting potential customers of the assigned business and respective product area, which includes supporting the Inside Sales Team.
- Support sales functions through customer visits - including product and business presentations to current and target customers.
- Collaborate with commercialization function to share voice of customer (VOC) feedback and report/inform market requirements, important trends and competitive information.
- Support sales and distributors at customer meetings, exhibitions, seminars, and conferences. Including: product support, trials, demonstrations, and presentations.
- Per assigned product category and region, analyze sales volumes to identify initiatives to enhance sales capacity and sales effectiveness via sales tools, improved training content, as well as specific initiatives such as promotional campaigns, Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) group buys/promotions, and special payment incentive for fast sales (SPIFFS) programs.
- Sales and operating forecast for assigned segment, product line and region.
- Develop, manage and update market plans and market status for each assigned segment, product category and region.
- Assist in relevant initiatives to deploy specific marketing and training activities.
- Coordinate projects with after sales and be responsible for the project brief handover from the markets.
- Develop, manage and create market plans for each assigned strategic partnerships
- Support Corporate Accounts and Sales on the assigned product line strategy for GPO/IDN and Strategic Accounts. Define RFP segment strategy, attending business reviews
- Map and network with experts within the industry, GPO/IDN Advisory boards
- Mentoring and guiding lesser tenured Product Managers
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Business or relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- A minimum of 12 years' experience in the medical device industry, which includes marketing management in the assigned product line.
- Solid background and experience in the relevant business in the US market.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Developed ability to present and sell products and services in the business to business area.
- Exceptional verbal and written skills - Communicate technical information/details to end customers/sales companies in a straightforward and understandable way.
- Must be able to communicate benefits of Getinge capacity being a total solution provider (for instance: products and services benefits to end customers.)
- Experience in product management in medical device capital equipment and service products.
- Strong business acumen - Implement and follow through on sales and marketing strategies in the selected product category and regions.

Role Overview
Under general supervision, the Sr. Accountant will collaborate with partners across the organization to:
Provide detailed reports, including profit/loss projections

Pay Transparency:
The expected pre-tax pay for this position is
$70,500.00 - $113,275.00Actual pay may differ depending on relevant factors such as prior experience and geographic location.

POSITION SUMMARY
The Contractor will provide operational and analytical support for commercial contracts, pricing execution, and logistics operations under the guidance of the Sr. Director, Pricing and Contracting. This role focuses on enhancing team operational efficiency through accurate data processing and meticulous execution of tactical tasks.
KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Contract & Pricing Support
Maintain and update the Commercial Pricing Master File to ensure all approved prices are accurately reflected in internal systems.
Support the drafting and administrative review of commercial contracts, including organizing supporting exhibits and pricing addendums.
- GTN (Gross-to-Net) support
Consolidate monthly/quarterly raw data for rebates and chargebacks from multiple stakeholders for financial accuracy.
Conduct primary data validation using Excel functions to flag outliers or calculation errors before final settlement.
- Operational Reporting & Data Management
Aggregate sales and pricing data to generate standardized weekly/monthly performance reports for management review.
Manage and improve Excel-based tracking tools to streamline data consolidation and enhance reporting accuracy.
- Tactical Execution & Departmental Coordination
Follow up on specific action items from internal meetings and ensure all administrative deliverables are completed on schedule.
Liaise with relevant departments (Finance, Sales, Supply Chain, etc) to gather necessary data for urgent pricing or logistics inquiries.
WORK EXPERIENCE
- 1–3 years of experience in Pharma/Biotech or related fields (Sales Support, Finance, Logistics).
- Experience in data-heavy administrative tasks and contract support.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Advanced Excel Skills (Required): Proficiency in VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and data organization.
- Meticulousness: Strong attention to detail in data entry and document review.
- Communication: Ability to clearly understand requests and coordinate effectively with relevant departments.
- Bilingual, Korean preferred.

POSITION SUMMARY
This position will directly report to HR Director to provide support and deliver value-added services on the day-to-day HR operations, employee relations and leadership support. HR Operations & Compliance
- Supports onboarding of new hires within platform to include, but not limited to, orientation, documentation processing, I9/WD compliance processes and job offer package implementation.

- Assist in implementation and administration and continuous improvement of Celltrion USA employees’ health, welfare, retirement programs and other group benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and wellbeing initiatives

Minimum Qualifications/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related HR discipline required.
- Minimum 5 years of HR generalist experience within a pharmaceutical, healthcare environment.
- Proficiency in HRIS, timekeeping, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint);
- Knowledgeable in ADP or Workday experience is a plus.

POSITION SUMMARY
Provide administrative and operational support to the IDN Task Force by managing contract documentation, coordinating cross-functional reviews, and tracking approval workflows. This role focuses on ensuring efficient execution of confidentiality agreements (NDA), direct supplier agreement and consulting agreements through structured documentation control, internal coordination, and compliance tracking. The position does not involve commercial negotiation but plays a critical role in ensuring that contract workflows remain organized, accurate, and on schedule.
This position requires a 3 days work on-site at the Jersey City office / 2 days WFH.
KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Contract Management & Documentation:
- Manage NDAs, direct supplier agreements and consulting agreements
- Track contract status from initiation through execution
- Maintain executed contracts and version history
- Manage contract filing system and document organization
- Monitor open items and alert internal stakeholders of missing approvals
Cross-functional Coordination:
- Coordinate contract review processes with Cross-functional teams (Legal, Finance, Trade, Pricing)
- Ensure required departmental involvement prior to execution
- Follow up on pending reviews and approvals
- Support contract-related scheduling and documentation
Compliance Tracking & Process Support:
- Maintain and update the contract tracker in real time
- Monitor approval status and completeness of documentation
- Support internal compliance procedures related to contract handling
- Prepare contract status summaries for leadership as needed
WORK EXPERIENCE
- With 2–5 years of relevant experience in administrative support, contract coordination, operations, or related roles preferred.
- Junior to mid-level professionals (Associate to Manager level)
- Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or corporate environment preferred
- Exposure to document management, contract tracking, or compliance workflows is a plus
- Project coordination experience is preferred but not required
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple agreements simultaneously
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience with Concur or similar expense or administrative systems preferred
- Ability to handle confidential information appropriately
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Bilingual, preferably in Korean
EDUCATION
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Healthcare Management, Life Sciences, or a related field

Role Description

Responsibilities
- Sourcing Carriers:
Must source, thoroughly vet and manage relationships with partner carriers.
- Knowledge of Real Time Market Insight:
A thorough understanding of current market trends, competitive pricing, lane coverage, and rapid response to changing freight demands to efficiently negotiate rates while maintaining service and margin goals.
- Dispatch and Scheduling:
Coordinate load details from pick up through delivery, ensuring on time performance.
Successfully log and complete loads on all internal systems to ensure loads are captured, completed and billed for.
- Communication:
Monitor shipments, track exceptions, and resolve issues in real time while maintaining clear and consistent communication with clients, drivers, and operations.
- Problem Solving:
Addressing any unforeseen issues or challenges that may arise during transport, such as mechanical breakdowns, carrier falloffs, delays and more.
- Strong Organizational Skills:
The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively is essential.
- Attention to Detail:
Accuracy is vital in communicating with our warehouse, partners, clients and other critical tasks.
- Communication Skills:
