What You’ll Do

The Senior Living Sales Specialist is a key driver of occupancy and revenue growth, responsible for executing strategic sales and marketing initiatives, managing the full sales cycle, and fostering strong relationships with prospective residents and referral sources. This role ensures a seamless move-in experience and contributes to the overall success of the senior living community. 

  • Achieve and Sustain Occupancy Goals
    • Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to meet or exceed budgeted occupancy levels through effective lead generation, conversion, and retention.
  • Lead Discovery and Tour Experiences 
    • Conduct personalized discovery sessions and community tours for prospective residents and their families, highlighting the benefits and lifestyle offered.
    • Coordinate personalized and professional tour experiences, including preparing a customized welcome sign at the community entrance to greet each prospective resident and their family. 
  • Develop and Execute Marketing Plans
    • Create and implement quarterly marketing plans aligned with community goals and market trends.
  • Coordinate Move-In Process 
    • Collaborate with the Executive Director and internal departments to manage all aspects of the move-in process, ensuring a smooth and welcoming transition. 
    • Ensure model rooms are consistently maintained to reflect a warm, inviting, and well-presented environment that shows the community’s lifestyle and standards.

  • Conduct Market Research and Competitive Analysis
    • Monitor local market conditions and competitor offers to inform sales strategies and identify opportunities for differentiation.
  • Manage and Utilize CRM Effectively
    • Maintain accurate and timely records in the customer relationship management (CRM) system, ensuring all leads, interactions, and follow-ups are documented and tracked.
    • Leverage CRM data to prioritize outreach, schedule follow-ups, and analyze conversion metrics to improve sales performance. 
  • Participate in Daily Sales Huddles
    • Engage in daily sales huddles with the Executive Director to review pipeline activity, discuss strategy, and align priorities. 
  • Update Forecast Tracker
    • Maintain and regularly update the forecast tracker to reflect current lead status, projected move-ins, and occupancy trends.
  • Complete Admissions Checklist and Paperwork
    • Ensure all admissions-related documentation and checklists are completed accurately and in a timely manner for each new resident. Collaborate with the Business Office Manager, Director of Care, and other department heads. 
    • Work closely with internal teams to coordinate logistics, services, and communications related to resident move-ins and ongoing engagement. 
  • Plan and Host Marketing Events
    • Organize and execute special events that promote the community, engage prospects, and strengthen referral relationships.
  • Conduct External Business Development Activities
    • Build and maintain relationships with local healthcare providers, organizations, and referral sources to drive external lead generation and community visibility.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field preferred

Vice President of Construction – Columbus, OH


My client is a leading commercial general contractor in Columbus delivering projects across office, mixed-use, multifamily, education, healthcare, and large ground-up developments. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Vice President of Construction to lead operations, oversee project delivery, and support the long-term strategic growth of the business. This is a senior leadership role with significant involvement in client development, preconstruction strategy, and design-build pursuits. Relocation assistance can be provided for the right candidate.


Responsibilities -

• Lead all construction operations across multiple project teams

• Oversee project delivery from preconstruction through closeout

• Support budgeting, staffing, scheduling, and long-term project planning

• Manage Project Executives, Project Managers, Superintendents, and field teams

• Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, and engineering firms

• Actively support business development, including RFP presentations and client meetings

• Work alongside sales / leadership team to win third-party CM, CMR, and Design-Build projects

• Contribute to preconstruction strategy, estimating approach, and pursuit planning

• Ensure quality, safety, risk management, and client satisfaction across all projects

• Drive process improvement, team development, and operational performance

• Represent the company as a senior leader within the Columbus construction market


Experience Required -

• 10+ years commercial construction experience

• Strong background in ground-up commercial, mixed-use, or multifamily projects

• Experience managing Project Executives, Project Managers, and Superintendents

• Proven experience delivering complex projects in the $20M – $150M range

• Strong preconstruction knowledge preferred, but operational leadership also considered

• Experience working with architects, engineering firms, and design-build teams strongly preferred

• Background with CM at Risk, CMR, or Design-Build projects highly desirable

• Experience presenting RFPs and supporting business development efforts

• Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills

To support this challenge, Syngenta’s Commercial Team is currently seeking an Agronomic Service Representative for Syngenta’s Ohio territory.

In this role, you will provide agronomic expertise within the district team. You will collaborate with sales teams to position on-farm solutions for growers through our retail channel partners by assisting with the development and delivery of Syngenta products and our agronomic messaging in the marketplace.

Accountabilities:

- Partner with our research and development team to gain technical knowledge of cutting-edge new products prior to registration and drive engagement through GrowMore trial demonstrations.
- Prepare and facilitate training both internally and externally on Syngenta’s portfolios and assist in developing the district campaign.
- Accountable for sales performance by providing technical and agronomic support and training to internal stakeholders, such as Retail Representatives, AgriEdge Specialists, and external stakeholders, such as growers, retailers, and distribution channel partners.
- Manage GrowMore sites as applicable and, with the engagement of the Technical Development Lead and the local Crop Protection Field Development Scientist, execute Sales Support trials at universities. Coordinate trial efforts within the local area through Retail Representatives and channel partners, and develop sales support materials to support marketing initiatives.
- Partner with the Ohio Sales Team to lead training on all key Syngenta products and solutions for locally assigned areas, working with sales teams, channel partners, and growers. Plan strategies to effectively compete against competitor products.
- Collaborate with district sales teams to position Syngenta's portfolio on farms, supporting our go-to-market strategy with retail customers, and provide agronomic leadership in developing campaign plans for the district.
- Develop business relationships with key internal personnel who influence the local market area, such as AgriEdge Specialists, Retail Representatives, District Managers, Technical Development Leads, Customer Unit Marketing Leads, Technical Product Leads, Crop Protection Field Development Scientists, and Technical Service Representatives. Maintain relationships with external influencers, such as key retailers and distribution partners.
- Provide guidance, training, and direct involvement as needed to assist with Syngenta service calls.

Required:

- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Agronomy and/or related field. Master’s, Ph.D. degrees in Agronomy or other agriculture are highly preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years of previous experience, as well as strong technical background.
- Up to 20% travel is required within the Territory
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship support from Syngenta

Desired:

- 5 years of previous related experience with strong interpersonal skills and an agricultural background.
- Ability to teach/train and diagnose agronomic concerns and to communicate very technical information to Retail Representatives, retailers, and growers in layman’s terms.
- Technical knowledge of product portfolio, product pipeline, and product value propositions.
- Agronomic theory – knowledge of farming best practices, seed technologies, and crop protection.
- Ability to create a professional and successful working environment with Retail Representatives, District Managers and other key Syngenta personnel.
- Possess the ability to demonstrate leadership with the technical community and within the district.

What You'll Do:

Administrative Support

  1. Serve as a primary administrative liaison for vendor communication and information updates

  4. Prepare and distribute CommonSKU weekly exception reports
  5. Track vendors spend and assist in reporting analysis

  7. Set up and maintain new vendors within internal systems and CommonSKU
  8. Update and maintain the Vendor Information spreadsheet on a quarterly basis


Event Coordination

  1. Assist in managing self-promo inventory, including ordering, kitting, tracking, and shipping
  2. Support vendor sample coordination and showroom organization; loading and unloading samples boxes, organizing inventory.
  3. Assist with prop preparation for end-user shows, trade shows, and other events; building displays, racks, working event booths.
  4. As needed lifting and packing boxes for event related or product needs.
