Job Responsibilities


The Director of Sales is a senior sales leader responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, achieving revenue and profitability targets, managing key customer relationships, and leading the sales organization across all channels.


This position oversees four distinct sales teams: Showroom Sales, Out-of-State Sales, E-Commerce Sales, and CNC (Cash and Carry). The Director of Sales will drive sales performance, enhance customer satisfaction, improve forecasting accuracy, strengthen sales operations, and align closely with Purchasing, Operations, Accounting, and IT to support overall business objectives.


Key Responsibilities


The Director of Sales balances strategic planning with hands-on leadership to drive profitable growth.


1) Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve or exceed organizational sales and profit goals.

6) Discount Strategy & Negotiation

7) Market, Product & Competitive Expertise

8) Cross-Functional Collaboration & Execution

Required Skills and Qualifications


Experience

  • Core Experience: Minimum 10–15 years of sales experience, with 5–10 years in a senior leadership role (Sales Manager / Senior Manager / Director), preferably within a relevant industry.
  • Wholesale/Retail Expertise: Extensive experience working at or directly with major retailers and clubs, including Walmart, Sam’s Club, Costco, Grocery Outlet, and Smart & Final, as well as a broad range of small to mid-sized retail establishments.
  • Market Expansion: Proven track record of identifying and opening new business opportunities, entering untapped markets, and acquiring new customer segments.

Job Description

AMCL is looking to recruit a Senior Data Asset Management Consultant into the US team. The role will support the delivery of a variety of consultancy and transformation projects for high profile infrastructure organizations across multiple sectors, including transit, power, municipal, ports, and real estate. The role provides an opportunity to work on a variety of projects including asset management capability improvement and implementation projects, asset information projects, and data analytics.

The role will be based on the West Coast; however, there will be the opportunity to support projects throughout the US West Coast. The candidate can sit out of Los Angeles, San Francisco, Portland, or Seattle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work as a Senior Consultant within the delivery team and support the implementation of business transformation projects, including asset management consultancy, training, and data and information projects.
  • Work independently, lead, or collaborate with the wider US or global team to deliver the complete lifecycle of asset management transformation projects, from sourcing to project closure.
  • Consult with clients in the improvement of their asset management capabilities.

Additional Information

The salary range for this full-time role is $120,000-$140,000 per year. Ranges are determined by role and level and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range is a reflection of base salary only, not of a total compensation package. Position Overview

As a Sales Supervisor at Zadig & Voltaire's Century City boutique, you play a pivotal role in driving store performance and fostering a culture of excellence. You support the General Manager (GM) and Assistant General Manager (AGM) in achieving sales goals and operational standards. In their absence, you serve as the store lead, ensuring seamless execution of daily tasks, exceptional customer service, and team development.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead your team to meet and exceed store sales targets as directed by the GM/AGM
  • Maintain a strong floor presence to maximize selling opportunities
  • Ensure a consistent positive and rewarding client experience
  • Deliver personalized customer service in line with brand values and standards
  • Support key business initiatives and product launches
  • Drive clientele development through customer data collection and relationship-building
  • Leverage marketing tools to engage clients and boost sales
  • Utilize CRM technology to enhance client journey and experience
  • Stay informed and passionate about the luxury fashion industry and market trends
  • Ensure the store is clean, organized, and welcoming to customers
  • Maintain visual standards and ensure compliance with all company policies

The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity is available for a SaaS Account Executive to join the Singlewire team. As part of our team, you will be responsible for selling our software solutions in a specific territory. This position could be located in or around Los Angeles, CA.

What You'll Do



If you are a master at reading-between-the-lines, probing into and leveraging customer requirements and selling software solutions, you'll love the challenge of this position. You should be quick and flexible to flourish in our fast-paced environment. We are looking for that ideal individual that is motivated to drive results and enjoys meeting and exceeding monthly sales goals. The job responsibilities include:




  • Convince Cisco and Partner teams to sell Singlewire solutions
  • Develop relationships with key Cisco and Reseller representatives in the region
  • Support and drive all direct and indirect business opportunities for Singlewire products
  • Use knowledge of unified communications solutions to convince partners and end users to include Singlewire notification as part of the collaboration stack
  • Train Singlewire Partner sales teams how to discuss notification with their clients in a business relevant way that will produce leads for our solutions
  • Engage with Cisco and Partner sales teams on client opportunities
  • Provide demonstrations of our solutions, both in person and remotely to ultimately help our sales partners to close deals
  • Pursue direct sales opportunities and successfully perform necessary steps to close the business
  • Attend and staff various local and national Demand Generation events throughout the year
  • Adhere to Singlewire standards and procedures such as adherence to pricing approvals, monthly pipeline reviews, forecasts and management of CRM system


The Person We're Looking For

You May Be Right for Us If You Have:




  • A Bachelor's Degree and 4 plus years of outside selling experience in a business- to- business environment
  • Familiarity with a fast-paced marketplace and a demonstrated ability to successfully sell solutions within it
  • Excellent relationship building skills
  • Strong verbal communications and business acumen skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills for working with customers, partners and other members of the Singlewire team
  • Dedication to detail, organization, and productive time management
  • Ability to effectively adapt to rapidly changing technology and apply it to business needs
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain a high level of partner and customer trust and confidence
  • Ability to sell direct and also sell with and for a channel partner
  • Ability to travel across the multi-state region and to customer/partner events as needed
  • Professional personal appearance and work ethic
  • Adequate home office space if located remotely from the Madison Singlewire office

  • Experience selling through Cisco and Cisco resellers
