A highly regarded boutique law firm specializing in real estate litigation is seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney to join their team. Key Responsibilities
- Manage litigation cases from inception through resolution, including trial or settlement.
- Represent clients in state and federal courts, focusing on real estate litigation matters (landlord/tenant and unlawful detainer cases).
- Develop case strategies, conduct legal research, and draft motions, pleadings, and contracts.
- Negotiate settlements and alternative dispute resolutions (ADR).
- Collaborate closely with partners and clients to deliver exceptional representation.
- Handle a variety of cases in a fastβpaced, highβstakes litigation practice.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in California.
- Minimum of 8 years of litigation experience, preferably in bankruptcy, real estate, or landlordβtenant.
- Strong courtroom advocacy, negotiation skills, and legal research abilities.
- Proven ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines under pressure.
- Experience working with lenders, mortgage brokers, or business clients is a plus.
