POSITION TITLE: Manufacturing Engineer
REPORTS TO: Director Of Operations; President
POSITION SUMMARY: Quote parts, process new jobs, develop tooling designs, create internal prints, and applies knowledge of specific departmental procedures, operating techniques, and Company policies.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Determines job costs and prepares quotes for new and old jobs and processes the jobs applying knowledge of specific departmental procedures, Company policies, manufacturing processes, and fixture design.
- Communicates with customers in a clear and timely manner to provide estimates on new and repeating manufactured components.
- Designs tooling and fixturing to meet production demands and print requirements.Acquires purchased components and raw materials to have made into tooling and fixturing as necessary.
- Interprets specifications, drawings, and industry standards, then creates internal prints and process routers to meet these various requirements.
- Creates Bill of Materials (BOM’s) for sub-parts, sub-assemblies, and purchased components per customer requirements.
- Utilizes knowledge of GD&T Principles as well as ASME Y14.5 to interpret and add to internal drawings, process routers, providing written flow down and guidance to the internal company as well as outsourced processing.
- Works with customers to provide guidance on Design for Manufacturability of their parts/products to optimize customer and company fit.
- Works with the team to select and qualify adequate suppliers to meet process requirements.
- Works as a member of the Material Review Board to analyze trends in nonconforming material and recommends actions to improve processes, training etc.
- Creates and maintains company manufacturing processes including process routers and internal prints, making improvements and adjustments as new techniques, skills, measuring equipment, and machines are acquired.
- Analyzes current processes and applies process optimization principles including improving cycle times, reducing waste and improving workflows.
- For revision changes from customers, manages oversight of revision change process throughout company systems, including engineering responsibilities of updating internal prints, updating process routers, as appropriate
- Establishes or adjusts work processes and equipment to meet production schedules by using knowledge of departments, Company procedures, customer requirements, and equipment.
- Recommends measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, quality of product, suggests changes in working conditions, and use of equipment to increase efficiency of a department or a work cell.
- Interprets company policies and safety regulations to help make improvements in the process, layout, tooling, or any other means necessary to ensure a safe and productive work environment.
- Analyzes and resolves work problems, or assists workers in solving work problems, including Quality defects originating from the Production Floor. Initiates or suggests plans to motivate workers to achieve work goals.

- Attends production and Leadership Team meetings, as well as corporate communication meetings and Company training sessions.
- Confers with others to coordinate activities of individual departments when necessary.

JOB QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Training and Experience: B.S. in Engineering preferred, Relevant machining experience in manufacturing is a plus but not required. Machined part quoting is beneficial.
- Machining Fundamentals: Understanding of cutting tools, speeds and feeds, and physics of material removal required.
- Computer Skills: Ability to enter and retrieve data from computer using company ERP system, Microsoft Office, and CAD software such as SolidWorks, etc. Prior use of CAM software is beneficial.
- Reading and Comprehension: Ability to interpret and understand instructions in written, oral, diagram, charts, graphs, or schedule form, safety rules, drawings, set up sheets, process sheets and other documents. Ability to write routine reports.
- Math Ability: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals. Good working knowledge of shop math including trig and geometry.
- Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations where only limited information exists.

Summary:
The Manager of Revenue Integrity is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, performance, configuration, and development of assigned applications to ensure alignment with departmental goals and objectives. This role manages a team of Revenue Integrity Analysts who provide technical expertise to support charge capture processes, system functionality, and compliance requirements. The Manager also designs, implements, and tests controls to optimize revenue capture, enhance net revenue, and ensure regulatory compliance across people, processes, and technology.
Responsibilities:
- Manages the planning of application development and deployment; educates and promotes adherence to the organization's software compliance standards within the team.
- Strategic focus: based on regulatory and industry updates, MHS strategic initiatives, end-user feedback, and other information, identifies and achieves opportunities to improve charge capture efficiency and accuracy, eliminate missed charges, eliminate billing rework, and improve MHS net revenue.
- Keeps current, timely reads, and analyzes Medicare, Medicaid, and other technical guidance to determine how they affect Memorial Healthcare System (MHS) capture. Develops, recommends, and implements plans to comply with regulatory updates as approved by the Director of Revenue Integrity and in collaboration with responsible MHS leaders.
- Develops annual CDM CPT/HCPCS updates and implements as approved by the Director of Revenue Integrity. Includes working with operational departments to identify applicable new or revised codes. Oversees the maintenance of CDM-driven CPT/HCPCS coding requirements. Develops annual CDM Fee Schedule updates and implements as approved by the Director of Revenue Integrity. Updates Price Transparency Standard Charges file in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Manages and monitors staffing activities including hiring, orienting, evaluating, disciplinary actions, and continuing education initiatives.
- Periodically tests samples of departmental charges to evaluate whether staff members are performing correctly, and controls are operating as designed. Works with RCM and departmental staff to provide as-needed retraining as well as regular periodic updates for all charge capture staff.
- Monitors and provides training, support and troubleshooting to both application teams and end-users to facilitate proper usage and continuous learning. Manages applications projects including workflow analysis, end-user validation, acceptance, go‑live, and maintenance using standard project management methodology. Sets project deadlines and deliverables for specific modules and analysis. Manages the debugging and enhancements processes including the design and upgrades to existing systems in order to ensure up‑to‑date and reliable functionality.
- Utilizes subject matter expert skills to assist MHS leaders with analyses of billing, coding, and documentation requirements for payer coverage and payment of services affecting their service lines and initiatives.
- Designs and evaluates the tools and processes used to capture charges in each MHS department. Updates the design of tools to empower departmental staff to accurately post charges efficiently, without rework. Designs and implements controls to empower departmental leaders to ensure staff have captured charges accurately and timely. Ensures Epic charge-related work queues are timely and correctly cleared.
- Selects opportunities identified by team to implement and improve existing processes using information technology and ensures alignment with strategic initiatives of the organization.

DUTIES
Analyze and interpret clearly complex blueprints, GD&T, 3D Models, manufacturing parameters, specifications, Special Manufacturing requirements, and associated documentation including all commercial and private specifications and drawings.
Research and apply all applicable MIL, AMS, ASTM, QQ, and customer-specific requirements.
Identify manufacturability issues, drawing/model discrepancies, and incorrect material/finish callouts and communicate with the customer when required
Coordinate with Programming Manager to establish machining sequence and fixturing needs.
Prepare original manufacturing routers that accurately reflect machining operations, outside processing, finish build-ups, tolerances, and inspection requirements.

Contact the customer and resolve any discrepancies in drawings, models, Special Manufacturing Instructions, or Purchase Order instructions.
Prepare original manufacturing planning process instruction sheets along with outlines that integrate vendors, data, processes, materials, and technology to acquire manufacturing and delivery.
As required, confer with Manufacturing Manager, other Planners, production personnel, Inspectors, or Programmers to resolve manufacturing process issues.

Role Description
The IT Systems & Technology Specialist serves as Windmill Wellness’s on-site infrastructure and technology lead, working in close partnership with our Managed Service Provider (MSP). While the MSP provides remote systems management and helpdesk support, this role owns the physical execution, reliability, and standardization of IT systems across all locations.
In addition to maintaining core infrastructure, this role plays a key part in advancing Windmill’s technology maturity—identifying and supporting opportunities to improve workflows through automation, AI-enabled tools, and enhancements to data and reporting capabilities.
This is a hands-on position that intentionally divides time between Windmill Wellness Ranch in Canyon Lake and our San Antonio outpatient clinic locations, ensuring consistent infrastructure standards, operational readiness, and scalable technology foundations as the organization grows.

Responsibilities
Onsite IT & Infrastructure Support
- Collaborate with our MSP and serve as the on-site owner of physical IT infrastructure across Windmill Wellness Ranch and outpatient clinics.
- Provide hands-on support for hardware, connectivity, and physical systems to ensure smooth daily operations.
Physical Infrastructure & Hardware
- Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and replace on-site IT equipment, including:
- Laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and printers
- Cameras, access control systems, and AV equipment
- Networking hardware (routers, switches, cabling, Wi-Fi access points)
- Perform device setup, swaps, and decommissioning for staff.
- Maintain accurate asset inventories across all locations.
Multi-Site Coverage
- Intentionally divide time between Windmill Wellness Ranch in Canyon Lake and San Antonio outpatient clinic(s).
- Provide on-site coverage during clinic openings, expansions, and periods of elevated operational need.
- Ensure consistent physical IT standards and setups across locations.
New Site & Clinic Readiness
- Support IT setup and readiness for new outpatient locations, including:
- Physical network setup and testing
- Device deployment and printer configuration
- Camera and AV installation and testing
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors during build-outs and renovations.
Security & Access (Physical Execution)
- Execute on-site components of IT security and access controls (device security, camera placement, badge/door access systems).

Technology Advancement & Innovation
- Stay informed on emerging IT, AI, and automation tools relevant to healthcare operations.

- Support implementation of AI tools, workflow automation initiatives, and enhancements to Windmill’s data infrastructure.

Ideal Qualifications/Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support or infrastructure experience (multi-site environment preferred).
- Demonstrated experience installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining hardware, networking equipment (routers, switches, Wi-Fi access points), and other physical IT systems.
- Experience supporting security systems such as cameras, badge/access control, and device lifecycle management.

Position Summary
The CNC Machinist II produces machined parts by operating a computer numerical control (CNC) machine; maintaining quality and safety standards; keeping records; maintaining equipment and supplies. The role requires the above to be accomplished within Tecomet‘s principles of continuous improvement, customer driven innovation and a win first culture, while meeting company financial and other performance metrics.
Principle Responsibilities
- Operate and Set-up CNC machines within specified tolerances following work instructions and in accordance with machine programs and engineering drawings.
- Perform difficult CNC Machinist work including progressive machining of a variety of parts and different metals where very close tolerances must be maintained.
- Change dull tooling, and/or make minor offsets and adjustments as needed for tooling wear.
- Ensure product quality is achieved by working to operator owned quality (OOQ) standards and requirements including using a range of measuring equipment and interpreting readings.
- Perform routine maintenance as per daily machine checklist and adhere to PM schedule.
- Perform hand finishing.
- Always Follow Good Manufacturing and Good Document Practices (GMP/GDP) including completion of job routers/ cards.
- Ensure safe working practices are carried out to minimize risks to the job holder and/or colleagues, including identifying and reporting Safety, Health & Environmental issues.
- Achieve set productivity targets and identify ways of improving productivity.
- Record all activities in a timely manner on the job tracking system.
- Identify and support Continuous Improvement activities.
- Identify and escalate manufacturing issues to the Team Leader and/or Supervisor, participating in the resolution as required.

Qualification Requirements
Credentials/Experience:
- High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required
3+ years CNC Machining experience.
Experience/Educational/Training Preferred:
- Associate’s degree/certificate in Tooling & Machining or Machinist apprenticeship preferred.
- Experience of working in a production environment, preferred
GCSE/NVQ Math and English is desirable (UK only)

Qualifications You Must Have:
