Job Summary
The National Account Manager reports to the Senior Vice President of Operations. The major responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following duties:
- Manage daily Security Officer operational staffing requirements and administrative functions, meeting business goals and objectives for a national account across North America.
- Conduct quality assurance inspections, monitor, and manage their direct management team, along with the Security Officers in the assigned region
- Ensure subordinate supervisors understand and deliver orders, ensure sufficient resources are available to support and/or establish posts in a timely fashion, and are appropriately filled according to contract requirements and post orders
- Serve as Inter-Con’s National contract liaison with client representatives to ensure delivery of the highest quality of service within a limited turnaround time
- Oversee the training and operational employment of Account Managers, Field Supervisors and Security Officers
- Ensure the highest standards of conduct, appearance, performance, and training are being met at all times
- Keep the Senior Vice President of Operations apprised of contract performance by accurately communicating status of compliance and identifying any deficiencies in a timely manner
Other Requirements or Competencies
- Can independently develop reports, spreadsheets, diagrams, charts, graphs, and other products that may be needed. (e.g. – MS Word, Excel, Access, SharePoint).
- An understanding of security operations and contracts management preferred.
- Understand operational KPIs and ability to utilize data to drive operations.

Education and Experience:
- Preferred candidate has either an honorable military discharge, a Bachelor’s degree or 10 years’ experience in an operations management and project management role.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Various periods of operating, transiting, maneuvering in the field environments.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

Position Summary
The Regional Safety Specialist will be responsible for onboarding and orientating field personel in the midwest region and traveling to regional project sites to audit project safety. The individual will work directly with field leadership to ensure strict compliance with client and site requirements, OSHA standards, and K&K Inc. policies and procedures and safety protocols. This role requires firm but professional enforcement of safety rules and the ability to stop work when standards are not met. Compliance is verified—not assumed.
Responsibilities

- Maintain consistency across all projects
- Communicate with management and client safety representatives
- Perform OQs

Required Qualifications
- 3+ years field safety experience (industrial, construction, pipeline, or oil & gas preferred)
- OSHA 30 required (OSHA 510 preferred)
- CPR/First Aid certification
- Strong knowledge of OSHA standards
- Experience with permits, JSAs, and safety documentation
- Strong leadership presence and communication skills
- Ability to enforce safety policies consistently and professionally

Qualifications:
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in any field related to EH&S, such as Occupational Health, Industrial Hygiene, Engineering, Science or equivalent preferred
- Minimum 3+ years of experience leading EHS efforts in a manufacturing setting.

The Electrical Safety Manager is a full-time, on-site role located in Mooresville, NC. The Manager will oversee safety programs, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster a culture of workplace safety. Key Responsibilities
- Monitors processes to ensure compliance with food safety, regulatory and company compliance, including GMP, HACCP, and SOPs.
- Collects microbiological and product samples for testing and evaluation.
- Performs checks of product quality against specifications.
- Assists with audits of the process, GMP’s, food safety, and customer audits.
- Investigates issues related to Quality and Food Safety.
- Records findings and assists with troubleshooting quality, safety, or sanitation issues.
- Applies holds to nonconforming products and materials.
- Assists with product improvement projects.
- Assists with data verification and quality metrics reporting.
Minimum Qualifications (Educations & Experience)
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- 1+ year of experience or the knowledge, skills, and abilities to succeed in the role
