The Company currently has an opportunity for a National Key Account Manager for our mobile surveillance systems selling into the Retail industry. The role requires an ambitious and results-driven sales "hunter" as the role's emphasis is on cold calling and prospecting efforts leading to new logo acquisition and expanded strategic presence within the Retail sector. Specific responsibilities include:

New Business and Expand Existing Business Revenue

• Responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities by cold calling and prosecting key accounts in the Retail vertical nationwide.
• Research and identify potential customers using various direct methods such as cold calling and indirect methods such as networking, referrals and industry databases. Schedule and conduct self-generated sales meetings and fully explore the customer’s needs/requirements. Identify, qualify and assess customers' needs to determine suitable products and services. Demonstrate the most relevant products and services that will support each customer’s needs.
• Work closely with the internal Sales support team in scheduling and conducting scheduled sales presentations with customers. Conduct meetings booked by the internal Inside Sales (BDE) team and fully explore the customer’s needs/requirements. Demonstrate the most relevant products and services that will support each customer’s needs.
• Perform in-depth and informative reporting on activities for review by internal Sales management. Provide regular updates on market conditions and competitor activity, including upcoming threats/opportunities, as necessary to assist new product development and marketing efforts.
• Utilize the Company's CRM system to prepare all new equipment sales or rental quotes and maintain up to date status of pipeline development, business development activities, customer contact information, notes and any other relevant customer information.

Sales Planning and Administration

• In conjunction with the National Sales Manager and internal Business Development team, plan an effective sales strategy for the vertical, execute plan and deliver monthly sales activity and revenue targets.
• Provide internal Sales management with accurate weekly pipeline of activity and sales forecast and opportunities.
• Maintain all sales, customer information and activity in the CRM.
• Provide additional data, sales and/or customer information to internal Sales management when requested.

Marketing

• Attend regular marketing strategy meetings with Marketing and Sales management to discuss marketing plans and lead generation activity. Provides feedback to Marketing on effectiveness of all marketing campaigns and programs.

Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree in Business, Marketing or related discipline or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree in Business, marketing or related discipline preferred.
• Minimum of four to six years of previous B2B commercial sales experience in the CCTV, access control, electronics or related industry selling into the Retail industry required.
• Must be competent in cold calling and have key characteristics of a ‘hunter’.
• Must have proven track record in achieving activity-based sales targets on short and/or medium sales cycle.
• Proven ability to identify sales opportunities and leverage internal & external resources appropriately. Strong qualification skills are a must to be successful in this role along with a proven ability in meeting and exceeding sales revenue targets.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of the sales planning process, pipeline development, sales forecasting and marketing strategy.
• An excellent communicator who can build, develop and maintain relationships with both new and existing customers and internal staff with ease.
• Excellent presentation skills required and experience conducting customer sales meeting virtually and in person.
• Excellent organization, time management and attention to detail are a must.
• Demonstrated ability to prepare complete and accurate quotes and proposals as well as sales orders is required.
• Effective computer skills to include MS Office (Word, Powerpoint and Excel), Outlook and Teams. Previous experience using CRM such as Salesforce required.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Ability to travel nationally up to 10% required.

Compensation & Benefits:

• An annual base salary up to $80,000 basic salary per year DOE and up to $50,000 bonus per year, with a projected OTE of $130,000 per year for high performing sales incumbents.

We're excited about you if you have (Required Qualifications):

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience) with 6+ years of professional software engineering experience.

• Deep technical expertise in containerized environments, specifically Kubernetes (EKS) and Docker.

• Strong command of general-purpose and scripting languages, including Java, Python, Go, and Bash.

• Proven experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform and Helm to automate secure infrastructure rollouts.

• Expert-level experience automating complex CI/CD pipelines using platforms such as GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.

• Exceptional troubleshooting skills with a track record of identifying root causes for site outages and resolving P1 escalations.

Position: Site Security Manager

Reports To: Datacenter Physical Security Campus Security Manager

SUMMARY:

The Site Security Manager (SSM) serves as the day-to-day manager of a site security team that includes administrative officers, responders, and other security personnel at a client’s datacenter. The SSM is responsible for building a cohesive and high performing team. Reporting directly to the Campus Security Manager (CSM), the SSM works alongside other security team managers in their campus to ensure a safe and secure environment. Additional job functions may include client service and problem resolution, service enhancement, Security Operations Center (SOC) systems maintenance, audit compliance, system monitoring, log maintenance, and access rights maintenance.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

1. Actively manages site security personnel; partners with the local branch to recruit and hire, oversee onboarding, training, and development at the datacenter.

2. Coaches security personnel and carries out disciplinary actions in accordance with current policy.

3. Ensures all responders and control room supervisors adhere to policies and standard operating procedures, acting as responder or control room supervisor in periods of increased activity or in the case of absent staff.

4. Ensures site health and key performance indicator goals are met or exceeded; works with the CSM to enhance security team effectiveness and performance.

5. Conducts recalling audits, prepares, and submits critical and confidential information directly to client management team.

6. Oversees site security systems to ensure safe and compliant operation of the facility.

7. Maintains and troubleshoots on-site security technology.

8. Assists with site equipment inspections, and audit compliance.

9. Maintains required security documentation, ensuring accuracy in accordance with established policies and procedures.

10. Serves as primary point of contact to datacenter management and security personnel when the CSM is unavailable.

11. Performs additional tasks assigned by management.

12. Keeps management informed of major accomplishments, issues and concerns.

13. Identifies security shortfalls and offers suggestions from improving the security program.

14. Evaluates and escalates potential safety issues within the facility.

15. Required to know and follow safe work practices, and to be aware of company policies and procedures related to job safety, including safety rules and regulations. Notify supervisor upon becoming aware of unsafe working conditions.

MINIMUM HIRING STANDARDS: Additional qualifications may be specified and receive preference, depending upon the nature of the position.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

• Associate degree in relevant field and 4 or more years of related experience in the security industry or business management equivalents, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job, as determined by the company. • Experience in management.

• Experience working in a datacenter environment a plus.

• Working knowledge and experience with various security technologies including CCTV, access control systems, incident management software, and other video surveillance software.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Able to work a flexible schedule, including evening, weekend, and holiday hours, such as during an emergency event or crisis.

Qualifications

Guards shall meet all the following requirements:

• Minimum 18 years of age
• Must possess and show documentation to demonstrate completion of a high school diploma or general equivalency diploma
• Must have effective written and oral communication skills.
• Must have completed all required training and registration pursuant to the Security Guard Act and must possess a valid NYSDOS photo I.D.
• Must have a valid New York State ID
• Must have a valid Fire Guard (F-01, F-03, F-4) Certification from the New York City Fire Department.
• Must be able to stand or walk for a consecutive eight (8) hour shift
• Must be able to climb stairs
• Must be able to lift and carry objects similar in weight to a fire extinguisher (i.e., objects weighing 25 lbs.)
• Must be able to sufficiently assist persons requiring aid or assistance.
• Must have adequate eyesight to perform the visual ID check required for access.
• Must be proficient in typing and possess computer skills
• Must be OSHA certified and have completed the 10-hour Occupational Safety and Health Training course in General Industry Safety and Health
• Must possess one or more of the following:

1) Two years of prior Military experience on active duty with an honorable discharge (DD214) from any branch of the military or Coast Guard; or 2) Two years' experience as a member of the National Guard or Military Reserves; or 3) Two years of full-time experience as a NYSDOS registered New York State security guard; or 4) Two years full-time experience as a Police Officer, Probation Officer or Corrections Officer or Two Years of security officer experience.
