What You'll Do

  • Arrange and book domestic and international business travel, in a variety of complexity, for air, road, rail, and accommodations for corporate business customers (both individuals and groups)

  • Act as a trusted advisor by offering informed and insightful recommendations that provide the best traveler experience
  • Handle a wide range of bookings from simple ones to complex bookings with potentially non-standard and multi-destinations, ticket exchanges, and complex fares
  • Make changes or solve any issues that might occur during or before the travel assignments including both routine and non-routine work
  • Conduct analysis and research on travel options, and pro-actively anticipate traveler needs to sell additional services. Use positive telephone service techniques and act on special customer requests
  • Global Distribution Systems (GDS) Sabre usage

Job Summary and Qualifications

Reporting to different Laboratory Section Heads, this position is responsible for performing waived and moderate complexity tests, except for those moderate complexity tests requiring microscopy, or in the specialty of immunohematology. The Role

The Assistant Project Manager (APM) owns and facilitates tasks as outlined by the Project Manager or Project Executive, within the projects assigned.


Assistant Project Managers provide support and communication for successful project completion. New England Elite Basketball is seeking an experienced, energetic, and visionary leader to serve as Elementary & Middle School Program Director, overseeing the development of players in grades 3 through 8. This leadership role is designed for someone who is passionate about teaching the game the right way, developing young athletes, and helping grow one of the most respected basketball development programs in New England. The Elementary & Middle School Director will play a critical role in shaping the future of the program by helping identify and develop the next generation of New England Elite players.


The Elementary & Middle School Director will oversee all aspects of the 3rd through 8th grade boys program, including player development, coaching leadership, and program organization. In addition to managing teams and coaches, the Director will help launch and develop our FUTURES PROGRAM which will serve as the primary pipeline into the New England Elite HGAL high school program.

This position is ideal for someone who understands long-term player development and wants to help build a structured pathway that prepares players for elite competition in high school.


Program Leadership

• Oversee all New England Elite teams at the 3rd–8th grade levels

• Help manage team structure, rosters, and player placement

• Ensure consistency in coaching philosophy across all teams

• Maintain high standards for program culture and player development

Coaching Development

• Support and mentor coaches within the elementary and middle school program

• Ensure that all coaches teach the game using New England Elite’s developmental philosophy

• Assist with coach evaluations and ongoing development

Player Development

• Help implement structured skill development programs across all age groups

• Monitor player progress and long-term development

• Help identify emerging talent within the program

Pre-HGAL Program Development

• Lead the development of Pre-HGAL teams at the middle school level

• Help identify players who are potential future HGAL athletes

• Design development opportunities that prepare players for high school competition

• Work closely with the HGAL leadership group to build a strong pipeline into the program

Program Operations

• Assist with tryouts, team formation, and program events

• Help organize practice structure and seasonal development plans

• Assist with communication between families, coaches, and program leadership

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience coaching youth or middle school basketball

• Understands player development and skill progression

• Has strong leadership and organizational skills

• Is passionate about teaching the game the right way

• Communicates well with players, parents, and coaches

• Wants to help build a long-term developmental pipeline


Preferred qualifications include:

• Prior AAU or club basketball experience

• Experience working with elementary and middle school players

• Ability to mentor and lead other coaches

• Strong knowledge of modern basketball development

Practices and events will primarily take place in Burlington, Lexington, and surrounding communities.
