- Worked with Technology CMs like – Foxconn, Pegatron, Wistron, Compal, Quanta, Tata, Inventa, Flextronics or Flex, Jabil, Luxshare, BYD Electronics
- Worked with large global companies and drove the relationship with the CM. Large global companies include – Apple, Microsoft, Sony, Dell, HP, Meta, ASUS, Acer, Cisco, Huawei etc…
- Must be able to work under pressure
- Must be able to travel to China

Seeking an experienced GCP QA Program Manager to serve as a hands-on, embedded QA partner supporting clinical research, nonclinical development, and pharmacovigilance activities across early- to late-stage pharmaceutical development programs.
You will work closely with Clinical Research and other teams on-site, providing day-to-day quality guidance, real-time issue resolution, and active participation in study execution. The position requires demonstrated experience conducting GCP, GLP, and GVP audits and is ideal for someone who thrives in an interactive, operational environment.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Serve as an on-site QA partner embedded within Clinical Research and development teams
- Provide real-time, hands-on quality guidance during study planning, execution, and close-out
- Support quality-related decision-making using a risk-based, phase-appropriate approach
- Ensure compliance with global regulations across clinical trials, nonclinical studies, and pharmacovigilance activities

Preferred Qualifications

We are seeking an experienced Independent Dispute Resolution (IDR) Program Manager to oversee our IDR process under the No Surprises Act (NSA). While a third-party vendor handles dispute submissions, this role serves as the internal owner of the program—ensuring appropriate claims are identified, supported, and strategically managed to maximize reimbursement outcomes.
This position requires strong knowledge of the NSA, payer reimbursement trends, and revenue cycle operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the internal lead for all IDR activities
- Partner with third-party vendor to ensure timely and compliant filings
- Review and approve claims submitted for IDR consideration
- Analyze payer offers and recommend strategic payment positions
- Monitor dispute outcomes, financial impact, and payer trends
- Maintain compliance with federal and state surprise billing regulations
- Develop reports and dashboards for leadership review
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of IDR case management experience
