Position Description
Position Summary
New River Electrical is seeking a qualified Project Controls Analyst with an interest in the construction industry. This role is responsible for tracking, analyzing, and reporting project financial data, as well as communicating trends, risks, and areas of concern to Project Management and other key stakeholders. Responsibilities include developing and applying multiple methods for valuing work performed and monitoring key project financial metrics such as cost trends and profitability.
The Project Controls Analyst serves as a liaison between Accounting/Billing and operational stakeholders, including Project Management, ensuring financial and operational data is accurately captured, thoroughly analyzed, and clearly communicated to support informed decision-making. This position reports to the Project Controls Manager.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between Accounting and Operations to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data for reporting and operational accounting.
- Works with Project Management and Project Teams to maintain baseline details pertaining to schedule and budget (estimate, WBS).
- Provide consultation regarding entry/ setup of project details (including financial summary) in ERP system upon receipt of work authorization.
- Own the integrity of project setup data within the ERP, including contract values, project dates, labor and equipment classifications and their linkage to approved billing structures, WBS to budget details etc.
- Work alongside Accounting and Operations to maintain contract details to help track and execute billings within ERP.
- Administer change management controls by ensuring approved Change Orders are accurately tracked and incorporated into project budgets, cost structures, and the ERP system.
- Participate in project conference calls, as needed, to validate that project billing, schedules, and forecasts align with current project conditions.
- Review, report and reconcile Professional Services time against PO totals for closeout and usage.
- Analyze and report on project financial data to identify trends and areas of concern and provide recommended solutions to Project Management and relevant stakeholders.
- Execute, maintain, and submit customer billing projections and verify alignment with project schedule.
- Review and report values of work performed to billing department for invoicing.
- Prepare monthly reporting of key performance indicators for customer submittal.
- Complete project reconciliation and provide required information to the Billing Department to ensure accurate final accounts receivable and timely release of retainage.
- Maintain detailed knowledge of contractual terms and obligations across assigned client portfolios.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Construction Management, or a related discipline preferred with a minimum of (3) years of related field experience. Candidates with (10) years of relevant project controls or construction financial experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze budgets, costs, forecasts, and financial data to support accurate reporting and informed decisions.
- Working knowledge of PMI standards and project management methodologies, with application to cost control, scheduling, and project performance management.
- Experience in construction or utility industry is a plus.
- Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills.
- Ability to communicate data and analysis in a clear, actionable manner to support stakeholder decision-making.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including internal staff and external professionals.
- Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability.
- Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office, including Excel (data analysis, formulas, pivot tables), Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Working knowledge with programs such as Smartsheet, Vista (or similar ERP), Power BI, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project and Adobe, preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize day-to-day activities.

Duties
Help
- You will set up and operate most types of conventional and computer numerical control machine tools such as lathes, vertical and horizontal boring mills; bench, milling machines; shapers; planers; grinders; thread cutters and drills.
- You will utilize many types of precision instruments and equipment such as vernier calipers, squares, protractors, micrometers, vee blocks, parallel bars, dial indicators, comparators, different gauges for accurate dimensions and tolerances.
- You will plan and lay out work from blueprints, work sheets, and drawings that may have missing or incorrect information.
- You will use shop mathematics and handbook formulas in computing and verifying dimensions in the planning, laying out, and final dimensional checking processes.
- You will produce desired cuts and finishes on various metals and other materials such as aluminum, brass, bronze, high carbon and alloy steels, chrome, nickel, titanium, molybdenum, super alloys, nylon, rubber, plastics, teflon, etc.

Role Description:
An Associate Research Consultant is responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial real estate contacts and ensuring that all properties, listings and transactions in CoStar’s database are current, accurate, and complete. This involves building relationships through daily outreach including interviews with brokers, property owners, developers, and other real estate professionals to gather real-time market information. The Associate Research Consultant captures information while enhancing existing data on active listings and lease and sale transactions, typically verifying key details with multiple sources. Additionally, Associate Research Consultants research and compile profiles of commercial property owners and track construction projects from proposal through completion to update the database with new developments. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Contribute to the growth of an accurate and complete database of commercial real estate inventory
- Conduct 50+ daily inbound and outbound phone calls with brokers, developers, investors, and other real estate professionals to obtain real-time property and transaction data
- Investigate new space listings, recent sale and lease transactions, building ownership and construction in a market
- Build and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with clients
- Partner with our clients to help them position and market their properties on the CoStar platform for the market/audience
- Dissect trends and collaborate with regional-based teams to qualify data that will help tell the story of an entire market
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's Degree required from an accredited, not for profit University or College
- A track record of commitment to prior employers
- 8+ months experience in a customer service environment
- Microsoft Excel 365 experience is required
- Flexibility to work shifts aligned with ET, CT, MT, and PT time zones

We are seeking an Emergency Medicine Physician Assistant for a dynamic 48-day assignment in Vermont, starting Jun 1, 2026. This role focuses on providing primary coverage for night shifts in the Emergency Department, with occasional day shift requirements, and involves comprehensive rounding on patients each shift. The schedule offers flexibility with 12-hour day shifts (7am - 7pm) or 9-hour evening shifts (3pm - 12am).
Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide primary coverage for night shifts in the Emergency Department.
- Cover day shifts occasionally as needed.
- Conduct comprehensive rounding on patients during each shift.
- Manage typical ED procedures and cases, including Endotracheal Intubation (RSI), Procedural Sedation, Chest Tube Placement, Point-of-Care Ultrasound (POCUS – FAST, Cardiac, Aorta), fractures, severe pain management, and cardiac arrest.
Additional Information
- Board Certification in Emergency Medicine required.

This job is responsible for providing comprehensive advice and customized solutions to clients to help them achieve their financial goals. Responsibilities- Works with clients to plan their short and long-term financial goals by building a financial plan with brokerage products, including stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, and banking and money managed solutions

- Minimum of one year of experience in the investments industry, including investment training and in-depth knowledge of investment products and services
- Minimum of one year of experience working in the financial service industry and/or a sales environment where goals were met or exceeded

Pay and benefits information
Pay range $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set. Formulaic incentive eligible. This role is eligible to participate in a formulaic incentive plan. Employees are eligible for incentives as detailed by the specific line of business incentive plan provisions. Formulaic plans may be comprised of monthly, quarterly and/or annual incentive opportunities. Incentives are earned based on the employee's performance against defined metrics.
