Substance Use Disorder Professional
This particular role focuses on helping us get caught up on completing ASAM (initial assessments). The workload will consist of 75% of their time dedicated to completing initial patient assessments, plus 25% patient care. This is a full-time position with a work schedule of 8:00-5:00 pm, Monday - Friday.

What You'll Do:
- Ensure implementation of all clinic policies and treatment procedures; recommend policy and procedure updates and changes as necessary
- Provide individual counseling and case management services to assigned patients

- Promptly and accurately complete progress notations of all interactions with patients in assigned patient files

What You Bring:
- Academic training in the social service field and in chemical dependency treatment as required in accordance with the qualifications for a Department of Health licensed Chemical Dependency Professional as stipulated in the WAC.
- The counselor is required to maintain this status and complete continuing education requirements throughout their employment. The Counselor must also provide the agency with ongoing documentation of their current Washington Department of Health C.D.P. license credential throughout their employment.
- Minimum Two years of experience in the social service field and in chemical dependency treatment is required in accordance with the qualifications for a Department of Health licensed Chemical Dependency Professional as stipulated in the WAC.
- Opioid Treatment Program experience will be given hiring preference
- LMHC desired, but not required
- Excellent interpersonal skills and knowledge of substance use treatment planning and counseling issues

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3 or more years’ proven experience in a customer service environment, legal or financial services industries preferred
- 3 or more years’ experience in office support including a combination of administrative, facilities, hospitality, reception, reprographics and mailroom
- Understanding of USPS regulations
- Understanding of reprographics equipment and usage
- Intermediate Microsoft Office Word and Excel skills
- Basic Microsoft PowerPoint skills
- Prior experience managing vendors preferred
- Basic P&L understanding a plus
- Demonstrated experience prioritizing competing priorities under tight deadlines
- Proven customer service skills are required in order to create, maintain and enhance customer relationships.
- Good written and verbal communication skills, including professional telephone and email etiquette.

RRD's current salary range for this role is $48,500 to $70,900 / year. The salary range may be adjusted based on the applicable geographic location of the hired employee, and the range may change in the future. At RRD, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions may vary based upon, but not limited to education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location. Depending on the role, in addition to base salary, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program. - * Answer incoming calls, received on a multi-line phone system, in a cordial, professional and timely manner. Transfer calls to appropriate individuals.

The salary range for this role at the noted RRD location is $24.00 - $26.00/ hour. Starting pay decisions are determined based on multiple factors including but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, skills, experience, certifications, proficiency, performance, shift, location, and other business needs. Typically, roles follow step progressions to a target rate or set increments over time. Depending on the role, in addition to the hourly rate of pay, the total compensation package may also include overtime, shift differential, call-in, and/or stand-by pay. Plan, lead and coordinate lithography Press production to exceed internal and external customer expectations in safety, quality, productivity, schedules, housekeeping and employee relations.
Responsibilities:
- Work to eliminate all unsafe behaviors and conditions within the plant. Fully support and practice Safety Training Observation Program techniques on a daily basis. Assure the maintenance of excellent housekeeping practices and safety awareness on all shifts.
- Maintain positive communication within the Pressroom on all shifts. Communicate effectively with all internal external customers to insure that all production requirements, schedules, quality, and final deliveries of our products are satisfactory.
- Work with other members of Press Management to create the appropriate training material to facilitate the continual growth of all Press employees
- May make recommendations regarding hires, terminations, promotions, transfers, and training of Pressroom personnel. Motivate staff in support of department objectives and timely and effective schedules to ensure production goals.
- May be responsible for determining appropriate manning for each shift along with other supervisors, departments and co-workers. Coordinate manning efforts to effectively meet all quality and production requirements.
- Maintain and monitor the completion of all necessary records and documents as assigned.
- Foster the continual use and implementation of the philosophies and tools that are taught through our Total Quality Program. Promote the concept of working together as a team and with other departments to build continual improvement within the company.
- Perform other related duties as required.
