SUMMARY

As an Estimating Manager, this position is responsible and accountable for overseeing the full estimating lifecycle for projects of all sizes across the infrastructure, marine, heavy civil, and railroad sectors. JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead, manage, train, and mentor a team of estimators to ensure timely, accurate, and consistent bid preparation.
  • Establish and maintain estimating standards, procedures, and best practices specific to construction projects.
  • Provide technical guidance and oversight throughout the estimating process.
  • Oversee the development of accurate and competitive cost estimates from conceptual design through final bid.
  • Manage the preparation of bids and proposals for DOT, municipal, federal, marine, railroad, and private infrastructure projects.

SUMMARY

As a Mechanic (Class B), this position is responsible for repairing and maintaining company-owned equipment. The Mechanic is accountable for diagnosing issues and making necessary adjustments, repairs, or overhauls on various heavy machinery used in heavy civil, railroad, and marine construction.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Plan and schedule regular maintenance for industrial machines and equipment. Maintain accurate equipment service records.
  • Conduct planned maintenance by examining parts for damage or excessive use, repairing and replacing damaged or worn parts, cleaning, lubricating, assembling, and testing equipment to ensure operational efficiency. May install batteries and windows on specific equipment.
  • Diagnose and examine faults or malfunctions in equipment to determine repairs using engine diagnostic equipment such as computerized tests and calibration devices.
  • Order materials and supplies needed for repair and maintenance of equipment.

The role will involve a combination of sales, merchandising, and account management, focused primarily onwholesale distribution within the beauty category. We are ideally seeking someone with experience in beauty tools, bath accessories, cosmetics, or related categories, and who understands the retail landscape.

In addition to traditional sales experience, we are looking for candidates who are comfortable with technology and modern selling tools, including strong computer proficiency, familiarity with AI tools, and experience supporting online or e-commerce sales channels.

Key qualifications we are seeking include:

• Experience selling into retail or wholesale beauty channels

• Strong merchandising and account management skills

• Experience working with supermarkets, drug store chains, or mass retailers

• Familiarity with online marketplaces such as Amazon and

• Comfort with computers, sales software, and emerging AI tools

• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to identify opportunities to grow the business

• Ability to help expand our product assortment into adjacent categories and support new product opportunities

• Ability to support both brick-and-mortar retail growth and e-commerce sales

You will contribute by:

- Picking various items by using order sheets or an audio headset

- Stacking items on a pallet for wrapping and loading at the bay doors

- Ensuring accuracy to orders while adhering to our safety standards

- Operating a double walkie-rider or electric pallet jack to remove cases of products from storage rack & place on pallet and apply selection labels to appropriate cases (not in all cases)

  • Prepare exhibits, deposition designations, and maintain trial exhibit logs
  • Conduct legal research, cite checking, and Westlaw research
  • Perform trademark enforcement investigations (USPTO filings, common-law use, social media infringement)

About You:

  • Certificate from an ABA-approved program preferred
  • Minimum 5+ years of relevant litigation experience in a professional environment
  • Law firm experience required
  • Proficiency with Westlaw, Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, PACER, electronic filing systems, and litigation support tools
