Own the guest experience
- Lead from the floor during peak periods - your presence sets the tone

Oversee store operations
- Own all aspects of daily operations including scheduling, staffing, and execution
- Manage labor hours using scheduling tools (e.g., Paycom) to support payroll efficiency
- Oversee inventory processes, stockroom organization, and replenishment
- Ensure visual merchandising and store presentation meet brand standards
- Ensure adherence to all operational, safety, and loss prevention procedures
- Collaborate cross-functionally with HR and leadership as the business grows
Build toward flagship growth
- Strengthen operational consistency and team performance to support long-term store growth
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, sales performance, and guest engagement

WHO YOU ARE

You are a confident, hands-on retail leader who drives results while building teams that genuinely love coming to work. You combine strong business instincts with a passion for people development and guest experience excellence.
- 3–6+ years of retail leadership experience, ideally in premium or specialty environments
- Experience managing store performance, sales teams, and operational execution
- Working knowledge of retail P&L; and key financial performance indicators

The General Manager is responsible for maximizing sales, providing an exceptional shopping experience for the customer, and managing the store’s visual and operational standards, including the store’s shrink %, wage cost and Clienteling. The Seasonal Worker is responsible for delighting Thorntons guests with prompt and courteous service, maintaining merchandise, and supporting store goals and initiatives.
Essential Job Functions (RESPONSIBLE TO)
* Delivers guest service with a \"how may I help you\" attitude. Looks for opportunities to delight guests and follows instructions from store management.
* Ring all sales as discussed in the operations procedures.
* Assure proper sale and accounting of money orders/lottery during shift.
* Accurately account for price overrides, store use of merchandise, voids, returns and waste.
* Keep coolers, fast lane merchandise, store shelves, and displays fully stocked and fronted at all times.
* Clean and maintain equipment and ready high-margin products such as coffee, fountain drinks, etc.
* Use suggestive selling techniques to suggest items to guests that complement their purchases, and asks our guests if they are a refreshing rewards member at the beginning of every transaction.
* Ensure that the Store Management is made aware of all sales, cash, or operating discrepancies.
* Clean windows, floors, shelving, counters, gas pumps regularly, and restrooms per store operating procedures (daily check list).
* Clean the parking lot and grounds surrounding the store as needed.

In addition to implementing and managing sales programs, our Store Managers direct the work of technicians and mechanics to ensure the timely and safe completion of high-quality vehicle repair and maintenance. To advance Midas's sales initiatives, Store Managers communicate directly with customers, assess customer needs, provide information regarding requested and/or necessary automotive repairs and maintenance and ensure complete customer satisfaction. With our revolutionary digital dashboard, Store Managers can track their personal success and watch their weekly earnings grow as grow they lead by example to reinforce Midas's position as the premiere tire and auto service retailer.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in retail store management, or a relevant combination of education, training and experience.
- Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
- Physical Ability: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift/move items weighing over 50 pounds.

The Sales Associate will assist in the receiving, stocking, pricing of all merchandise and help maintain a clean and orderly merchandise presentation and overall store cleanliness.
Customer Service:- Provide a positive representation of Ace Retail Group.
- Proactively assist customers in solving problems.
- Greet customers entering and throughout the store. Thank customers when finished and when they are leaving the store.
- Possess a friendly outgoing demeanor; work well with customers as well as associates.
- Ensure all pages and calls are answered promptly, courteously and effectively.
- Forward any customer complaint that cannot be handled to a member of management.
- Possess strong product knowledge and knowledge of store layout and location of products.
- Assist customers throughout the store with personal, customized service based on the premise of amazing every customer, every time.
