You meet our minimum qualifications for the job if you...

• Have a Bachelor's in electrical engineering, physics, mathematics, or equivalent degree 
• Have at least 5+ years of experience in a professional engineering setting with Department of Defense focus
• Have proven experience in leading complex, multi-disciplinary analyses
• Have proficiency using MATLAB, including using Object Oriented capabilities, to conduct modeling and simulation, perform analysis, and create visualizations
• Have proficiency using version control software to develop MATLAB simulations in a team environment
• Excel in a multi-disciplinary team environment
• Are an effective communicator, both written and verbal
• Have or can obtain an Interim Secret security clearance by your start date and can ultimately obtain a Top Secret level security clearance. The Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) is seeking a Lead Electrical Design and Analysis Engineer (Level 5) to join the T-7A Mission Systems Team located in Berkeley,MO.
