Responsible for processing incoming materials including kitting/picking for production needs. Knowledge of all related procedures. Position will also include cycle counting, shipping, warehouse, and mailroom responsibilities.
Job Responsibilities and Essential Duties
- Receiving, and incoming materials processing
- Inspect & pack (lot preparation) according to specific procedures.
- Distribute components and supplies to Manufacturing.
- Perform all transactions according to procedures.
- Perform mail services such as pickup/drop off at Post Office, sorting, delivery within building, and maintenance and service of postal machine.
- Pack Items to be shipped.
- Inventory control and cycle counting.
- Handle chemicals and hazardous waste per procedure.
- Handle and deliver customer complaint items.

Minimum Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Minimum 1-year prior experience working in a warehouse or distribution center is preferred.
- Open to working the 2nd shift (2:00PM - 10:30PM). There is some potential flexibility on hours
- Experience working in a regulated environment such as medical device, aerospace, pharmaceutical, etc. is preferred
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- SAP or other ERP software knowledge preferred.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office or equivalent software application is preferred.

* Interprets customer specifications to define requirements for mechanical designs.

- Drive resolution through support or execution of lifetime buys, selections of alternate parts, redesign efforts or other mitigation strategies and will facilitate and support contract negotiations, basis of estimates, and supplier statements of work for proposal efforts.
- Interact with Program and customer leadership on a regular basis to communicate status of mitigation strategies.
- Conduct trade study analysis help identify cost effective obsolescence driven cut in points for proposed unit redesigns.
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience with any combination of the following:
- Experience with proactive and reactive component obsolescence management methodologies.
- Experience with data collection, analysis, and presentation skills to adequately discuss system impact of component obsolescence issues.
- Experience with project management working with schedules, costs, and integration of stakeholder needs throughout the obsolescence process.
- Financial and Contract Management experience with proposals, BOE, EVMs, SOWs, CLINs and CDRLs.
- Experience with BOM (Bill of Material) development and management for developmental and production programs.
- Risk and Opportunity business case analysis experience supporting sustainment vs redesign cut in decisions.

- $1,870 per week Job Requirements / Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Tennessee license or Compact RN accepted) BLS Certification (required prior to first shift) ACLS Certification (required prior to first shift) Minimum 1 year of bedside clinical experience (2 years preferred) — critical care, LTAC, sub-acute, or surgical experience preferred Experience with ventilator care, tracheostomy management, wound care, and complex rehab patients is a plus Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and interdisciplinary communication skills Responsibilities Perform comprehensive nursing assessments within 8 hours of patient admission and ongoing assessments throughout the shift Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams Provide direct patient care using the nursing process: assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating — LTAC RN responsibilities Document all assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately and in a timely manner Initiate discharge planning and patient teaching from admission to support safe transitions of care Communicate changes in patient status to physicians, charge nurses, and case management to ensure continuity of care Supervise and provide direction to Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), and orientees Promote patient and employee safety by adhering to hospital safety policies and procedures Participate in team building, quality improvement, and contribute to a positive work environment Assume charge responsibilities as requested after orientation — potential for charge nurse or shift lead duties Engage in professional development and continuing education to maintain clinical competencies Experience the excitement of Nashville—famous for its vibrant music scene, rich culture, and southern hospitality—while advancing your nursing career in a supportive LTAC environment.
