Your Day Consists Of
- Buy vs Build leadership. Evaluate 3rd-party AI platforms and partnerships. Serve as the technical lead in vetting vendor methodologies, guiding the in-house vs external decisioning.

Key Responsibilities
The Manager will be responsible for two primary functions: Capital Raising and Sponsor Servicing/Delivery.
I. Sponsorship Sales & Capital Raising
- Strategy & Prospecting: Develop and execute a comprehensive global sponsorship strategy targeting large multinational corporations, financial institutions, technology leaders, investors and service providers
- Outbound Sales & Pitching: Conduct aggressive outbound sales activities to identify and qualify high-potential sponsors whose strategic goals align with the SWC platform.
- Proposal Development: Create compelling, customized sponsorship proposals and pitch decks tailored to specific corporate objectives (e.g., brand awareness, executive networking, corporate innovation, deal flow access).
- Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiation and contract finalization processes to close sponsorship deals, achieving regional targets.
II. Sponsor Servicing & Delivery
- Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for committed sponsors, nurturing long-term relationships and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Asset Delivery & Fulfillment: Oversee the flawless execution and delivery of all contracted sponsorship assets, including on-site branding and signage, executive speaking slots, etc. for the regional events & at the Grand Finale
- Logistics Coordination: Work closely with our executive team to manage sponsor needs, production schedules, and logistical requirements before, during, and after the event.
- Post-Event Reporting: Prepare comprehensive ROI and recap reports for sponsors, documenting the fulfillment of entitlements, brand impressions, and measurable value delivered to secure renewals for the following year.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of successful experience in sponsorship sales, business development, corporate partnerships, or fundraising, preferably within the events, media, technology, or finance sectors.
- Revenue Track Record: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding high-value revenue targets (demonstrable history of closing deals over six figures is essential).
- Networking & Presentation Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to engage confidently with C-level executives and corporate decision-makers globally.
- Project Management: Excellent organizational and project management abilities, capable of overseeing complex timelines and multiple deliverables for several clients simultaneously.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the venture capital, startup, and corporate innovation ecosystems.

- Synthesize syndicated data (e.g., IRI, Nielsen), panel data, retailer data, and internal sales performance
- Identify whitespace opportunities across segments, geographies, and price tiers
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable business recommendations

- Support the Head of Innovation in building long-term growth frameworks and annual growth plans
- Identify priority growth drivers across Product Mix and Innovation
- Develop business cases for new product launches and expansion initiatives
- Partner with Finance to evaluate ROI and margin implications

- Ability to influence senior stakeholders through insight-driven storytelling
Job Title: Manager, Hotel Distribution Partnerships
Job Purpose:
As a Hotel Distribution Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of hotel partners, ensuring strong performance and long-term relationships. You will work closely with hotels to optimize distribution, improve pricing competitiveness, and drive revenue growth, while also supporting selective acquisition of new hotel partners within your region.

Remote. Candidates must be based in Orlando
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of hotel partners to drive revenue and performance
- Monitor pricing and availability to ensure optimal distribution
- Act as the main point of contact for hotel partners pre and post onboarding
- Train hotel partners on operational procedures, including promotion management.
- Identify performance gaps and work with hotels to implement improvements
- Support onboarding and ensure a smooth transition from acquisition to account management
- Maintain and develop strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Track performance and provide regular reporting and insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve outcomes
- Support targeted acquisition efforts where relevant
- Identify relevant trade shows, build a participation strategy, and evaluate ROI within allocated budget
- Keep CRM records up to date, manage the lead funnel, and provide regular pipeline reporting
Skills and Experience:
- 5+ Years of experience in Hotel Revenue, Sales, Account management, Hotel partnerships, OTAs or B2B roles within hospitality or travel tech industries
- Strong understanding of hotel distribution, RMS, CRS and PMS systems
- Ability to analyze performance data and drive revenue and commercial growth
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to handle a large portfolio of hotel accounts and leads
- Ability to present data using BI tools. Power BI familiarity is preferred
- Ability to travel for trade shows, client meetings, and team events (at least quarterly)
- Proficiency in CRM tools and pipeline management (Zoho preferred)
- Experience with onboarding processes, project management, and partner training
- A university degree (or equivalent education). Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal. Must be fluent in English.
