About the Position
Join the skilled ANA MTDC team delivering top-tier self-paced learning to leading organizations worldwide. We are seeking an experienced eLearning Instructional Designer and Developer (IDD) to both design and develop interactive eLearning course experience. Development will be your primary responsibility, and instructional design will be your secondary responsibility. As an instructional designer, you will help identify content needs, build a pipeline of design and development projects, work with subject matter experts to develop/update/redesign instructional materials based on proven instructional design methods, and collaborate with course developers. As a course developer, you will be very skilled in technical course development and convert instructional materials into interactive/engaging courses using various course authoring software, platforms for AI-generated content and videos, visual/graphic design tools, and audio/video software.
What You Will Be Doing
Instructional Designer (approximately 30% of your time, subject to change based on business needs):
- Creating, managing, and maintaining the scope of the course design and development projects
- Identifying marketing industry learning needs and on-demand channel gaps for course development projects
- Identifying and working with subject matter experts on the on-demand course projects and keeping the course development pipeline filled on an on-going basis
- Refining supportive course design processes and templates for subject matter experts
- Following established eLearning design and development standards/guidelines, while continually enhancing them with innovative approaches

- Building, redesigning, and/or updating SCORM compliant courses using course authoring tools, primarily Storyline 360, RISE, and other platforms (e.g., HeyGen) that use AI to generate content and course videos
- Refining and building new supportive course development project processes and course templates
- Creating multimedia, visual/graphic design, and interactive course solutions
- Supporting audio production, producing videos, and editing audio/video for course development
- Collaborating with instructional designer on the vision for eLearning courses and providing compelling learning experiences and outcomes
- Performing quality assurance (QA) and testing of courses prior to their release
- Collaborating with LMS administrator on testing, publishing, and launching of courses on the LMS and ANA website
Both Roles:
- Building cross-functional partnerships and working with all project stakeholders internally and externally
- Continually evaluating user feedback and working to ensure all instructional materials are consistent and up-to-date and redesigning/updating course content when needed
- Maintaining well organized project documentation and folders with all content and course assets
- Providing customer support help as needed for member, registration, course, and LMS inquiries

What We Need to See From You
- Bachelor's degree along with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience designing eLearning instructional design materials with subject matter experts (approximately ten or more projects annually) and
- developing eLearning courses (including microlearning) in Storyline 360, RISE, and platforms that provide AI-generated content and course videos (e.g., Synthesia) (approximately ten or more course projects annually)
- Exceptional knowledge and working experience in the application of adult learning theories and instructional design approaches in eLearning courses
- Excellent communication (written, verbal, interpersonal) and collaboration skills – with the ability to provide thoughtful and logical feedback to subject matter experts
- Ability to write effective copy and instructional text with proven grammar and editing capabilities
- Above average proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially in PowerPoint – you should be a super user!

Summary
The Property Manager job is licensed under the provisions of Florida Statute 468. The Property Manager is required to be knowledgeable about Florida Statute 718, which governs Condos. Under general supervision and in association with the Board of Directors, the Property Manager plans, directs, recommends, and implements policies and procedures to ensure the services required to maintain the common elements of the Association are provided in a first-class manner and accordance with community rules and regulations.
This hands-on leadership position oversees the community's operational, administrative, financial, human resources, maintenance, and security functions. The position requires the Property Manager to be on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, for emergency consultation in the event of incidents requiring management intervention. All services of the Property Manager are under the direct supervision of Castle Management and are performed as stated in the Management agreement between the governing Board of Directors and Castle Management, LLC.
The Property Manager provides exemplary service consistent with the Castle Group's values and mission. They perform all responsibilities while demonstrating outstanding customer service skills as a representative of Castle Royal Service.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Operations and Accounting
- Utilizes Castle Management assigned inspection checklists to inspect community and facilities on a routine basis to determine maintenance, security, violations, safety, and landscaping deficiencies to remain in compliance with Castle Management guidelines.
- Plans, directs, and oversees the implementation of comprehensive systems to protect the association's community assets and records professionally.
- Create and manage the Association’s budget and financial processes
- Assists in preparing monthly financial reports and reviews for accuracy and variance trends. Maintains working knowledge of the Association’s financial reports and supports the Treasurer by obtaining responses to financial questions.
- Compliance with all reporting requirements outlined in the Castle Management contract.
- Compliance with meeting requirements outlined in Florida Statue 718.
- Prepares recommendations for collection action on delinquent accounts and reports to the board on a monthly basis on the progress.
- Responsible for the storage and maintenance of Association records required under Florida Statute, including the maintenance of the Association’s Website.
- Prepares and implements Emergency Preparedness plans as outlined in the Castle Management contract, including those for weather-related events and other natural disasters.
- Solicits, reviews, and compiles bid analysis sheets for Board Review for maintenance, construction, and other community projects, as well as services deemed to be in the best interests of the Association.
- Draft RFPs (Requests for Proposals) as needed before bidding on large projects to ensure that the data received is comparable across all vendors.
- Promptly investigates and makes a full written report of all accidents or claims for property damage and personal injury, including work-related injuries, and properly reports it within the appropriate timelines to the appropriate party.
- Acts as liaison with legal counsel and other Association vendors as necessary to conduct Association business.
- Reviews and codes vendor invoices before payment after confirming that the work has been completed satisfactorily. Ensure payments are made in alignment with the Board's direction.
- In the absence of an Assistant Property Manager, tracks all architectural change requests by homeowners and inspects for compliance upon completion. Utilizes assigned software programs to engage with Board or Committee members during the architectural review process. Attends ARC meetings.
Talent Management
- Owns all aspects of the employee cycle, including hiring, training, managing performance, approving payroll and PTO, and coaching and developing teammates on-site. Ensures the team is capable of meeting the community’s goals and high standards in a hospitable, sensitive, and courteous manner.
- Ensures all safety precautions and procedures are followed by all site teammates while performing assigned duties.
Managing Relationships
- Fosters appropriate communications between Board Members, Residents, and Management
- Responds within the required timeline to all owner and Board Member requests.

Supervisory Responsibilities
- Directly manage the on-site team
- Carry out supervisory responsibilities following Castle’s policies and applicable laws.

We’re currently seeking a full-time Graphic Designer focused on packaging design to join our creative team. In this role, you’ll primarily design retail packaging for our products while also supporting the creation of retail PDQs and in-store displays that help bring the brand to life in stores.
This is a full-time, in-office role based in DUMBO, Brooklyn.
What You’ll Do:
- Packaging design. Design retail packaging across multiple product lines, including layout, typography, color, and visual storytelling.
- Structural packaging development. Contribute to the structural design and development of packaging formats, working through concepts, mockups, and dielines to create packaging that is both functional and visually compelling.
- Dielines & production files. Create and manage dielines, structural layouts, and production-ready artwork for packaging across various formats including boxes, trays, tubes, and blister cards.

Job Summary
The CWI is responsible for the visual and technical inspection of welds before, during, and after fabrication. This role involves verifying that all welding activities comply with industry codes (e.g., AWS D1.1), project specifications, and safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspection & Testing: Conduct visual examinations and oversee Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) such as magnetic particle or ultrasonic testing to identify defects like porosity, cracks, or undercut.
- Documentation: Prepare and maintain detailed reports, including Welding Procedure Specifications and Procedure Qualification Records (PQR).
- Compliance: Verify that base and filler metals meet project requirements and that welders are operating with the correct equipment and certifications.
- Mentorship & Training: Provide technical guidance to welders, assist with welder performance qualification tests, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

Job Summary
We are seeking a Statistical Programming Analyst III to join our Research & Analysis team in a partially onsite role, responsible for developing and delivering data-driven reports using large healthcare datasets. This role focuses on ensuring data integrity, executing routine monthly reporting processes, and creating ad hoc analyses to meet customer needs through statistical programming and data interpretation using tools such as SAS, SQL, and/or Python, with a transition toward Python and expanded data visualization capabilities.

The Senior Marketing/Proposal Coordinator plays a key role in supporting Level 10 Construction’s marketing efforts and brand presence. This position works closely with the Marketing team, executives, and technical staff to lead the development of compelling proposals, presentations, and marketing materials that communicate Level 10’s expertise and differentiate the company in competitive pursuits.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, collaborative, and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines while producing polished, visually compelling marketing materials. This role requires strong writing, graphic design, and project management skills, as well as the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, persuasive messaging.
Key Responsibilities:
Proposal & Pursuit Development
- Lead the end-to-end proposal development process, including planning, scheduling, content coordination, writing/editing, layout, and final production.
- Collaborate with marketing team members, technical staff, and company leadership to develop high-quality proposals and qualifications packages that effectively communicate Level 10’s experience, capabilities, and differentiators.
