Job Overview:

The Lead Maintenance Technician is responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations of the property, ensuring a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment for residents, staff, and visitors. Qualifications You Must Have

• Typically requires a Bachelor's in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM preferred) and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
• Experience in Systems Engineering and/or Systems Integration and test
• Ability to obtain Interim Secret U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date.

Job Summary: Guest Services Representatives are an integral part of the Recreation Division with the City of Greeley and are responsible for providing quality customer service to patrons of the Greeley Recreation facilities. This position assists with daily facility operations. Customer Service Representatives provide information to patrons regarding Recreation facilities, programs, services, and events. These positions must also process class and activity registrations, sell facility memberships, and schedule facility/park shelter rentals. The position will work at the Greeley Active Adult Center.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
