Desktop Support Specialist
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced IT Operations & Support Analyst to join our expanding team. This is a hybrid, full-time position, open due to company growth. The ideal candidate thrives on teamwork, process improvement, and supporting enterprise users with onboarding, permissions, and technical troubleshooting, all within an all-Microsoft environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide Level 1 & 2 technical support for hardware, software, and collaboration tools
- Troubleshoot Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint), Windows/macOS devices, and mobile (iOS/Android)
- Manage new hire onboarding, access permissions, and device provisioning
- Maintain asset and device records, and support core IT platforms (Microsoft 365, Intune/Workspace ONE)
- Analyze and resolve recurring issues; contribute to process automation & improvements
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s in IT/Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 3–6+ years in IT support (biotech/pharma experience required)
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, endpoint support, identity/access management (MFA, SSO)
- Experience in fast-paced, regulated environments (GxP or healthcare a plus)
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills
Bonus Points:
Experience with Intune, Workspace ONE, PowerShell scripting, and ITIL certifications
Pay range and compensation package
The hourly pay range for this position is $25 to $33 on a W2 basis. As a contract/temporary professional, you are eligible for medical, vision, dental, life, and disability insurance coverage. You may also enroll in our company's 401(k) plan. For additional details on benefits, please visit .
