In collaboration with the management team focuses on daily department operations. Supervises personnel and coordinates shift activities of Nursing. Responsible to develop and coordinate, with assistance of the clinical manager / director, and clinical educator,, department competencies, educational programs, new employee orientation, and annual skills labs.
